Staff is always super friendly especially the manager. Love that they have a self service kiosk where you can just scan your packages and drop it in the box!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this FedEx location. I called to inquire about pricing for a document I had emailed for printing, and Michelle—who answered the phone—was shockingly rude and curt. Not once did she apologize or make any effort to assist me in a professional manner. As someone who also works in customer service, I was stunned by how poorly the interaction was handled.
This was my only day off, and I had to physically come to the store because of how unhelpful the phone conversation was. It’s especially frustrating because I live next door and regularly spend hundreds—if not thousands—of dollars printing materials here.
When I arrived, I spoke with the assistant manager Lynn, hoping for some acknowledgment or resolution. Unfortunately, she was equally unhelpful and dismissive. I pointed out that not even a simple apology had been offered, and only then did she say something that felt completely insincere. Her tone was patronizing and made me feel as though I was being gaslit about the entire situation.
I understand people can have off days, but the level of disrespect I encountered is simply unacceptable—especially in a business that relies on customer relationships. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering where I take my business moving forward.

Terrible! I do not recommend making one copy one piece of paper $3.50 charge! They are not transparent and price gouge for their service.

I come to this location whenever I need something printed or shipped, my experience has been good, but today was not the same. I wanted a photo printed on a glossy paper and Michelle was not pleasant at all to work with. The first thing she said was “we don’t have photo paper here” to which I said I know, glossy paper. Then she said “you know there is an additional printing fee”. I mean.. really? Is this how to treat customers? No smiles, no hellos and just a plain “there is a fee”. On top of that, she said to her colleague (who was very sweet, I think her name was Louise) “well she asked for you because I gave her anxiety” and chuckled, when Louise asked her for help. And this was in front on another customer.!
Guys. Please hire people who like people and customer service. We will slowly stop coming to your stores if we’re not treated well.

Would give zero if I could.
Moreso on the customer service side.
Calling this location just loops to FedEx Corporate, which is entirely handled by an answering machine that is shoddy.
Once you finally do get to a human, the service reps are obviously offshored, and they do not understand English beyond the script that they've obviously been given.
Horrendous customer service.

Terrible customer service especially from the manager on site Tues, June 25th @ 12pm. FedEx may have implemented a new process where customers must provide a license. I do not recall this being asked in the past. I was not shipping any hazardous materials. It was a children’s book.

It appears that this particular location hired those that other businesses had rejected. The following sums it up: "not the brightest bulbs in the tanning bed, not the sharpest knives in the block." End of rant.
