JD Sports offers a very pleasant experience with nice and attentive staff walking around to assist. The store is clean and organized even with heavy traffic, and customer service is awesome. They have the exact shoes customers look for, with a great selection and reasonable retail prices. However, some note a problem with in-store raffles not being communicated, which can feel unfair. Overall, staff are friendly, helpful, and provide top-tier service, making it a place where many would easily shop again.

Gina at this JD is amazing! Very kinda and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. She was very attentive the whole time I was there! This JD is definitely worth coming to again.
