I got an oil change a week ago, and today my truck was smoking. They didn't put the cap on, and oil is everywhere!!

If there were a zero-star option, I would choose it. I visited for an AC issue as my car was blowing hot air. Initially, I had an appointment for a diagnosis, and they informed me that a valve was leaking and the repair would cost $280 for fixing and recharging the system. I asked if they were certain about the diagnosis, and they assured me they were 100% sure.
However, just two days later, the AC was blowing hot air again. I returned, and they apologized, admitting the initial diagnosis was incorrect. They fixed it again, claiming this time they were certain it was resolved.
Three days later, the same issue occurred. On my third visit, I left the car for three hours. When I returned, they hadn’t even looked at it, claiming they were too busy. The manager told me they needed the car for the entire day, but other customers seemed to take priority over me. He suggested I come back in three days, which was the earliest available appointment. Considering the outside temperature was 114°F, I expressed concern about driving in such conditions, to which he responded without any compassion, stating, "It’s not my problem."
When I asked for an appointment the next day, he told me to take my car and that they would no longer provide me with any service. He also said my warranty was canceled. When I requested a refund, they refused and treated me with extreme disrespect. Only when I mentioned calling the police did the manager agree to refund me.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Second Firestone we stopped trying get an alignment and tire rotation. Can you leave the car, was the response.

At this point I dislike going to any Firestone as I always get some type of bad service , today I had an appointment at 10am for a flat tire and they told me I had to wait till 2pm , so what’s the point for an appointment? 🤦🏽♂️ So dissatisfied I am never getting tires here again!

I called in today to check on the status of my vehicle and was left on hold for several minutes before being hung up on. I then called again and was left on hold for around 10 minutes

Jorge and Efran were very helpful when we had to tow my dad's car in. Got the brakes fixed right away. Now my dad will start taking his car at that location for oil changes/maintenance.

Jeorge and Efren were both very helpful and professional about everything from helping me reschedule my appt, they got me in earlier than expected, to staying in contact with me providing me with updates on status of my car and going over their recommended repairs but not doing any services without asking me first. The work was done that I requested and my car was ready on time. The checkout process was super easy and quick with excellent customer service, even offering me a discount for using my Firestone card. I will definitely be going back to this Firestone whenever I need repairs or tires . I completely trust them with my car:)
