Got a flat on the freeway. Tom acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Needed a tire replacement: Tom said it would be a little before they could change it. Tom went above and beyond and put the spare tire on for me so I could get to work. He called me two hours later letting me know the tire was done and I could stop back by. He then pulled it directly into the bay and I was on my way in 10 min. Thank you Tom for your amazing customer service I am very happy I came to this shop. Highly recommend asking for Tom if you need anything here!

I had mail sent to Firestone..per ebay lockers.. only they don't have lockers there.. Timmy the service tech held my mail there.. until I came to pick it up.. they didn't have to do that...shout out to you & thank you Tim.. James

Amazing customer service today. Even though it was late in the day they still fit me in. Checked out my tire and repaired it. They took the time to explain everything to me with respect and kindness. Firestone always does a great job for me and today was top notch service. Thank you!

Took my car in for a tpsm light, they said they fixed it after 2 1/2 hours. The next day for work it pops back up. Went to see them again and this time they said it normal and to keep an eye on the tire pressure??? Front desk guy was cool but the work they claim to do is not appropriate for any business. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

I brought my truck in for a simple diagnostics test the manager said it would take an hour and a half... It wasn't ready till 4 hours later and I had to call them they couldn't even call me to let me know. This place is terrible

Juan was very helpful from that initial phone call. Very commutative with what was going on with my vehicle, and the crew had my vehicle ready for me at the time I was told it would be ready. Trusting any mechanic shop isn't easy, but this shop is giving me hope. I usually go to a Firestone ear my home in Mesa, but glad my car troubles were near this Firestone.

I love that I can make an appointment online and then it is honored at the store. I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Store waiting area is clean.
