Don't ask for a diagnosis, you'll find they did hours and hundreds of dollars of labor on an unnecessary "fix", and get laughed at when you ask for only what you planned on paying for. These jokesters will gleefully scam you out of an entire month's rent and groceries for premium air, professional windshield wiper installation, spit-shining the engine, tucking in the transistor goodnight, glitter in your tank, you name it. I was hoping a simple $20 request would be straightforward and under triple digits but this location proved me very wrong.

I was extremely satisfied with the service done to my car, and the customer service when I went in to pay, however after I left the store I opened my armrest and it was very apparent that someone had rifled through the contents inside. When I called the store to inquire why, the guy said they were looking for my lugnut key. They had no business looking through my personal belongings and personal information. They should have called me and asked me where the lugnut key was. It was in the back of the car in a cubby by the spare tire. I feel very violated that they looked through my stuff, and now I have to watch out for credit alerts in case that's really what they were after was my personal information.

UPDATE: When I bought an unlimited alignment service I had told the manager that my shift interlock had a malfunction. The manager said no worries, there will be no issues. 2 months later I went in for an alignment and was told I was lied to and that they will not service/alignment my car. So, now my unlimited alignment that I purchased is limited. I was not offered any compensation. Dropping my rating to 2 stars.
I went in for an alignment. Decent price. Excellent service.

The first time I came to this Firestone for a wheel alignment.When I spoke to the manager and told him the wheel was not done properly.He said the machine said it was okay.Causing an abnormal tire wear. Unfortunately, they were the closest place to me.When I needed a tire the second time and at this time they broke my wheel lock Would not compensate me for it.Told me it was my fault because the car was an1988
I would avoid this place like the plague.They will damage your stuff and will not take care of it or you

I've been bringing my vehicles to the Metro location for several years now. The service has always been top notch and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They treat me like a person not a number and never try to "up sell" me. They only do what needs to be done and recommend only service that is necessary.

Workers were rude not just to me but other customers. I took my car in for stalling and check engine light. They change spark plugs. They said my car didn't have oil. I had just had an oil change like a month prior, not there. They said they did a fuel system cleaning. I left from there with a bill of close to 700$ I used the car about 30 minutes. It stalled on me once. Before I left the technician said check engine light might go on due to the rich fuel cleaning but that it would go away. The next day I was gonna try to head home from Arizona to NM. But my car started acting the same as when I took it in. Then it was worse. Bad gas smell. I had to call a tow truck. I called the mesa Firestone I spoke to the manager he was rude again. I asked if he could have my car towed to there Firestone. He agreed finally. But said he would have to charge me for the other problems. But that he could not check it until the following day. Was on vacation, had to come home. Decided to buy a new car

Well if you look at.my invoce i ask that the camber bolts locking tab be bent over. thus locking bolt head to prevent it from moving keeping the camber locked and in right spec .they didnt so i had to take my own tires off and do a job i just payed $240 alignment for ...so feel screwed just do your job....
