I was out of town and had a flat. Keith the service manager was incredibly helpful. He took my vehicle right in and estimated about an hour to change out the tire. He called me 30 minutes later. All done. I highly recommend Firestone on 44th and Thomas!

Marisol and Anthony were super good customer’s service they worked in my car in a timely matter fast and sufficient. I had other stuff to do and still had time leaving Firestone so I highly recommend!

Firestone and especially Ethan did a great job on my car! They recently performed an oil change and lube, and they found that my tires had almost no tread on them. I didn't know to look at that, so I had no idea! Thank you, Firestone!

I didn't have an appointment. They allowed me to drop my vehicle off in the morning and fixed my a/c issue by mid afternoon. I love this place!

2nd time I am in that location and staff are not cooperative and plus rude 1st time I thought may be misunderstood but this time was for tires change he told 2 hours will take I was waiting there but when more then 2 hours I asked and say still can take long time or can take my vehicle and what is wait more then 2 hours ?

I had an amazing experience working with Jeffrey. My oil change was done very well. Also, informed me of the tread on my tires being 4’s all around & a bubble on my driver side tire. On top of that, he answered all the questions I had… I am very impressed with the level of service from Jeffrey!
