Dominique, the service manager, was amazing! She was helpful in sharing everything I needed, and getting everything done under an hour when I needed my tire repaired, and tires rotated. I will be back to get the further repairs recommended by Dominique, thank you for everything!

We brought our truck in to get a front alignment and the staff here was awesome. The truck took a little bit more work and they did a wonderful job. Kudos to the Firestone on 40th and Chandler Blvd., Ahwatukee store. In my time of urgent need, they repaired my flat tire and replaced it with a new one as a walk-in, on a Saturday. Forever grateful for superior and superb customer service, and a great price. Highly recommend!

Kevin and Porter just may my day! We had gone to Iconic Tires where we had really bad service wth our new tires. The tire light stayed on and Iconic said we need to replace the TPMS on my tires. Kevin and Porter just reset for free!!! They definitely will get my business!!

I honestly wish I read the reviews before trusting this place with my car. This is your warning sign from me. Do not bring your car here. This place is a waste of time. Not only did they hold my car here for hours and made me Uber from midtown, they didn’t do a single thing on it the entire time. Not my first time here and I will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and when I say do not bring your car here, don’t. I have been going to Firestone for four years this exact location and same with my family and friends. I drove all the way from midtown to ahwatukee bc I was a loyal customer. The other day I had a car oil scheduled and I and I requested it done by 5 because I had an appointment. I drop my car off and after a few hours It hits 5:30 and I didn’t hear back so I called to ask if there was an ETA. At this point it was gonna be closing time and I didn’t care because I was willing to wait till closing. This man then proceeds to tell me that they didn’t work on my car because unexpected things occurred but what’s frustrating is that you could have told me that WAYYY earlier so I could have just come and got my car and not have missed my appointment. I had to call and follow up regarding something that should have communicated. Basically they didn’t work on my car and when I came to pick it up this man was not sorry. I told him I had to Uber and back to get my car and I just wasted my money. No one was sorry and he said the manager would reach out and THEY NEVER DID. Not only did I waste my hard worked money ubering back and forth thinking my car is actually being worked on and the no remorse or actual care. I WILL be posting my experience on all social media platforms and other people will also be posting reviews for this business on tik tok and other social media platforms. Considering you guys already have 2 stars, you should really re think your customer service .

Came in for same-day appointment to get all four tires changed. Staff was super fast and helpful. Would definitely use again.
