I would like to inform everyone using Firestone complete auto care on 4009 E Chandler Blvd of a horrible job experience Ive encountered. We are an Eco-friendly junk removal service who was hired to remove scrap metal, motor oil, and car parts with some hazardous material. We quoted $150 to remove items. Apollo who was the only person there at the time agreed to price, opened bay door and we began. There was lots of loose oil within the items to be removed with other auto liquids and we informed Apollo we could not take hazardous materials. Apollo informed us to dispose oil and auto liquid in firestones blue disposal garbage can on the side of building, which was the first red flag. After job was complete Apollo refused to pay or provide a way to give them the bill to be paid, He told us to wait until Thursday April 18, 2024 for his manager Porter. When we spoke to Porter he was very unprofessional, He told us Apollo was not a representation of Firestone (but he was wearing a Firestone shirt) and legitimately works there as of right now. Apollo had no authority to hire us for the job but we were hired by him, we know he legitimately works there because I take my truck there to get worked on, I live in the area. Porter told us "Cancel the bill or return items back to Firestone but WE won't pay." We informed him that is not how our company works they have to pay $150 and there items were removed. They refuse to provide us an email address or way to bill for payment. We will release video, audio, pics, proof of work and completion after we deal with corporate office and if nothing is resolved. If you or anyone is considering working for them PLEASE be aware this company don't pay when your work is complete and will threaten you with bigger lawyers then small businesses have.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Complete dogshit place. Highly don't recommend bringing your car here. Took my car to Big-O for an alignment, rotate & balance with a clean inspection with no issues. I then take my care to "Firestone" to get an oil change (through insurance). I come across "Vincent" who then says my coolant is low & I need a new battery. Mind you, I went to Big-O a few hours before and they said I was fine. Then they call me back & mention it was 2 false positives? Complete scummy place with idiots behind the desk & if you see this you know deep down you all are idiots. I then ask for the pdf of the inspection & "Vincent" says "we got new technology and we're trying to still get it all together so i'll resend it through email" so pretty much i was getting lied too. He then mentions he can't resend it. Shoutout "Vincent" there, complete moron.

Literally the slows place ever. They don’t even have that many cars and they are slow. I’ve waited for so long and it’s unacceptable. They need to hire more people.

2018 Chevy Malibu in shop for 4 tires gentlemen both in office and shop were awesome and very professional He gave me a two hour ETA and had my car done in 45 minutes and understood what I was therefore didn’t try to get any extra money out of my pocket or tried to say There was something wrong with my car like other vendors. I will come back to purchase again

Told me I had a major leak that was nonexistent. If power steering fluid was leaking a lot the reservoir would be empty. It was nearly full and is still full several days and hundreds of miles later.

Called in inquiring about some tires for my kids car, Porter told me he could them in for me within an hour so me and my son headed over there and in no time they had the tires removed and replaced technician even cleaned out the dirt from the inner part of the wheel for a better balance , I appreciate it and will definitely be coming back in the future for maintenance and repairs .

Really thorough and very nice! They are not the type of shop to make up things to do on the car and I love that they offer to help you prioritize which things to get done first.

I scheduled an appointment with porter a few days prior. I dropped my car off at 9am as discussed and didn’t get a call until 5:30pm. Fine cool maybe they were busy. Porter and I discussed at the time of scheduling, drop off and pick up about checking fluids. I picked up the car after my oil change only to realize fluids were not touched. I was more than willing to go back as errors happen all the time. However when I called and told porter they were empty he said rudely he’s pretty sure they were done. I said they are empty he said well then you have a leak, I said well then wouldn’t you have advised it was empty he said yes I said then so you didn’t check it. He continued to argue with me which ended in him hanging up on me. He also didn’t change the sticker for my next change. The whole situation feels shady I am not sure if it was even changed at this point.Both the coolant were low/empty the same at drop off. He had the worst customer service and unfortunately this isn’t my first run in with his attitude I just let the others go and chucked it off to a bad day. He had no business in the service industry if he’s going to treat people that way when they made an error.

I had an appointment for new tires, oil change, and an air filter.Took off work 2 hours early dropped the vehicle off and had to ride a bike home.I decided to call 45 mins before the store closed to check the progress and the first thing said was oh I was about to call you, he had stated that with the amount of customers exact words were cars they had just put mine on the lift and would not be able to complete until the following day.That was not going to work.I instructed them to take the vehicle off the lift I was on my way to pick it up.You would think as they started to back up they would have called, not the case!How many others?Is this the first time?Be aware if you plan on dropping off any thing that your time may change with no communication.Be aware and good luck!
