Id prefer to give this place 0 stars but unfortunately can’t. I came here to get my tire changed/fixed due to some nails puncturing them. The guy who helped me first told me they’d see if they could fix that tire which I honestly do think was salvageable and believe they were trying to make a buck off me by not trying to repair it and getting me into a completely new tire. The wait wasn’t too long which was the only good thing that came out of all this. They told me my car was good to go and that was that. Once I got home I noticed they scratched my wheel/rim from the inside and out. Nobody told me anything which I thought was very unprofessional. I’m not sure if they thought I wouldn’t notice because I’m a girl and look younger than what I really am but that isn’t the case. I called them earlier this week telling them what had happened and they’re already trying to accuse me by saying the damage was already there before I took them in. Don’t bring your business here. Whoever the tech that worked on my car must have been someone new or someone reckless and careless at their job and should be looked at because this probably isn’t the first time this has happened and may have gone unnoticed by others but definitely not me and I sure hope theres cameras in there because I know for a fact that I didn’t damage my wheel. Always make sure to check your cars before and after taking them in to places!

Went in for a oil change and just a basic check up on my vehicle the employee that met me when I walked in was Phil Flores he was very knowledgeable and polite a very good people person he set me up for my oil change and informed me during the inspection he noticed I was almost ready for some new tires so I will definitely be returning in the near future to purchase new tires from Phil at this Firestone store and I will be informing my friends and family about the great service at this store thank you Phil 😁

I always come here for my oil changes because they are very professional and treat you like family ex: one time I needed a oil change done and was told it's was gonna take a few hrs but they got me in and out in about 1hr and so I drive home only to find out all my oil leaked out I call the store and spoke with a Phil Flores who handled it like a boss and went above and beyond can't thank you enough appreciate my Firestone team💯.

I brought my car for an inspection as I was going on a family vacation. Fill gave me a list that he recommended we should replace . It was very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends .

Excellent service in a timely manner. I had taken my truck to 2 other tire shops and they couldn't fix the issue. Here they found the problem and fixed it for less than I expected

First and foremost I want to give recognition to Fil Maritza and Leo who are super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Came in for an oil change and fluid check on my vehicle and they completed it quickly and efficiently. As well assured me im good to go. I would definitely recommend this Firestone location!

I brought my car there for an oil change and since then my car just leaks oil. I took it back and they denyy any wrong doing. They won't fix the problem. Don't take your car there!

The employees here were awesome! Special shout-out to Jose and Phil! I took a used car in that I had just purchased, and when they found some issues and the warranty company didn’t want to cover the cost, they went to battle for me and managed to get the claim approved. Great service and super helpful employees!

3 hours from the time they put it in the air and took tire off. Not sure how it takes 3 hours to put a patch on a tire.

Was helped right away, came in for a tire and came out with a tire fitted in my rim, no problems with sales, was offered to get the in store credit but wasn't really interested! Good job!
