I just moved and I needed to find a local place to get a quick, easy oil change. These guys are great! Eric and Benny helped me decide what services I really needed to get done today and which ones could wait until my next oil change. Honest, trustworthy team! I will definitely be back!

the man working at the front was super nice and easy to talk to, especially coming from someone who is not well versed in automobile care. he gave me a rundown of exactly what i needed without trying to sell me services that i did not, getting straight to the point and ensuring that i could get out of here quick and efficiently. highly recommend this place !! also repairs did not break the bank and were relatively affordable.

Eric & the Firestone team were able to help me out, explained everything to me, & made me feel confident & safe driving my car. Stopped by to inquire about getting my tires aligned and balanced. Immediately, I felt a bad vibe. The office was dirty. Staff on their phones and to top it off, no one helped me. I had to approach them to ask about the pricing and time. Clerk was unprofessional and made me feel like I was talking to a kid. Never will I use this location.

Ariana was a pleasure to do business with. I had went to another shop where after 4hrs told me I was "road trip ready". I knew better b/c I'd been airing 2 slow leak tires on a daily basis. I immediately drove to the 51st & baseline store & Ariana found several things that needed attention on my vehicle (including 2 bum tires). She didn't try to up sale me, but did lend professional advice on how to maintain my new tires & stay safe on the road. This is my new location...I won't go back to the 51st & southern shop.

Before I took my car in for repair on a specific $14 oil gasket issue I had my tires replaced by Discount Tire. After Firestone’s inspection of my vehicle, they told me I had 2 small nails in my left rear tire that I couldn’t see and that it was unrepairable, plus $3,000 in other repairs! I had a gut feeling they were lying and decided to go back to Discount Tire, and my tires were fine!!!
Don’t trust them. So disappointed and in search of a trustworthy mechanic.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment, balance, and rotation.
They told me both of my rear wheels were manufactured improperly, and it was not possible to balance them out. Also told me they could not get the alignment right because there was more adjustment and needed to get an adjustment kit from the dealer lol.
The way they sent me back with us straightening my wheel should be all you need to know.
But if that’s not enough for you, I also had a 12 o’clock appointment and I called him five minutes before six to ask if my vehicle is done yet, they told me it was done and that I could come pick it up. Nobody called me and it took much longer than expected.
This is a 2015 Toyota tundra we’re talking about, I bought the tires from a fire stone, and I had it balanced, rotated and aligned before at a different fire stone with a better reputation and never heard of the issues they’re bringing up to me now.
So after being without my vehicle for over six hours and trips back-and-forth for pick up and drop off, I’ll have to do the same thing tomorrow to get the job done correctly from a reputable shop.
Learn from my mistake, don’t let them waste your time.
