Been coming here for 6 years and each appointment it gets worse. I called to make an oil change appointment. Jorge has horrible costumer service, he starts yelling at me about what day I want to bring my car in. I told him I have already told you Friday 3 times, and asked him why is he being rude yelling? I explained to him that its horrible customer service and asked for his name to make a complaint & hung up. Will no longer be coming to this location.

Efren seemed like he had his hands full today at the front desk. However, that did NOT stop him from being polite and multitasking. From the time we dropped our car off to the time we needed to pick it up, he was handling multiple customers; all while never missing a beat. He made sure to cover promos while also moving swiftly and answering phones! The front desk techs always do an amazing job(shout out to Ariane!), even if the mechanics may be behind that day. Thanks to people Efren, Ariane and Michael, i really like this location.

The service manager, Ariana is a pleasure to work with. See greets you at the door with a smile! She actually listens and cares about her customers. I am a loyal Firestone customer thanks to her!

Extremely personable. If you're a reasonable person and understand that you brought your car to professionals to look at a problem. They will help solve the problem. They won't force you to get work done if you don't want to do it. Truly appreciate the service

I made two appointments to get an oil change, both times they said everyone called out and I would have to drop my car off and come back hours later. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Same way for the Firestone on Southern

Extremely Unprofessional Service at FirestoneI recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Firestone location on. From the outset, my interaction with Georges was far from satisfactory. Upon calling to address an issue with my car latch, Georges grumpy demeanor and unprofessional response were evident. Upon arriving early for an inspection, Georges failed to provide a professional greeting and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, creating a concerning atmosphere.During the drop-off, Georges was dismissive and provided no clarity on the process. Despite a promised call for updates, five hours passed without any communication. When I reached out, I was informed my car was ready, indicating a lack of proactive communication on their part.Upon picking up the car, I discovered the issue was unresolved, as it required attention from the dealer due to a recall. The lack of transparency and communication was further exacerbated when I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to retrieve my paperwork and keys, as Georges was occupied with an interview. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and service at Firestone. I expected better communication, courtesy, and competence in handling customers' concerns. No wonder why you have so much bad reviews regarding Georges, how is he still working as the head there?

If you can help it, DO NOT choose this location!! Their workers do not care about their quality of work! I went for an oil change only and turns out after they checked all these other filters they failed to properly reconnect the hoses which resulted in my car stopping and not starting back up until I had someone correct what they failed to do. Very careless and extremely unfortunate for me to have to pay someone to fix their carelessness! I would not recommend this location for anything until it’s under new management IF THAT EVEN HELPS!

I called before my visit to ensure the location could potentially repair my 2020 Chevy Blazer's thermostat today. The representative, George, said "yeah, bring it down. We'll have to look, at it to be sure." But he said it in the most unwelcomed tone. As if I was bugging him.I arrive on site, met George (who was visibly and audibly ill) and told him I would be waiting for the vehicle during diagnosis. He never relayed this to the technician, and even worse, put the work order in the wrong color sleeve, signaling the vehicle was being left behind, giving the tech more time to tend to other vehicles.I approached the tech to ask for an update, and he relayed this information to me directly. He advised to check with George as the tech already knew the issue and had relayed the details to George, but George was no where to be found. Turns out he was in another office, on site, making calls and finding parts. When I asked him for an update, he was very rude and asked me to wait and he'd be with me soon. An hour later, he informed me of the situation, which the tech already knew. Gave me a price, and I said no thanks.Three hours of waiting for a simple diagnosis, is unacceptable. If only he had performed his job right to begin with, this review may be different. But he lacks basic customer service skills and should not be working there. If the service is this bad, the repairs are likely just as bad

I took in my 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT on 7/6/23 to the Firestone on Baseline in Laveen to get my AC recharged after it started running hot after being used really heavily during the summer months. firestone had my car for about 24 hours. I picked it up on 7/7. When the car was returned to me the AC appeared to be running fine.- (Please note, that as I breakdown my experience that I have had 0 other issues with my car outside of my AC prior to when Firestone started working on my car)- (I have also worked with your staff members named: George, Sebastian, and Ariane)On 9/9 I had to take my car back in because my AC stopped working AGAIN. They told me they didn’t see any visible issues after running diagnostics, and just recharged my AC and sent me on my way. I got to pick up my car same day (9/9).On 9/14 my AC stopped working for the 3rd time. I took it in and I was told the issue was the air condenser hose & the piece had to be purchased from the dealership. They had my car until 9/20.On 10/7 my AC stopped working for the 4TH time. this time I was told that I needed my condenser replaced AND a new evaporator core. They had my car fixed on 10/14, but I could not pick up the car until 10/15. I was told they had to take apart my engine to get to the condenser, which is what caused this job to take so “long”.I was called on 10/14 by Ariane and asked to pay over the phone, so the mechanic who worked on my car could get paid for the job in this pay period. I did not have my wallet on me so I did not pay over the phone, and told them I would pay in person the following day. When I picked up the car on 10/15, I didn’t have the opportunity to drive it around a lot.I begin driving my car on 10/16, and noticed there were some pieces in my dash that were not put together correctly & there were parts that were cracked. When I tried to turn off my car to investigate what else could be wrong with my car, I turned off my car and removed my keys from the ignition and the engine remained on. My AC began to stop working intermittently and would stop blowing cold air every 2-3 minutes, and would push out hot air during those moments. I also noticed my car began to overheat. I popped open the hood and started seeing different parts in my engine were not screwed in correctly.I drop my car off on 10/16 after my car cools down after overheating, and spoke with Sebastian. I express all the issues I am running into. He explained that the technician working on my car was moving locations. As I am writing this, it is 10/20 and Firestone still has my car.In my opinion it appears the technician rushed the most recent job on my car, so he could get paid.To say this experience has been frustrating is an understatement. My safety was put at risk due to the car not being put together correctly. My time has been deemed unimportant since my car has been with Firestone for 13 days over the course of the last month & no one from Firestone is communicating when to expect my car to be fixed.Every single time I get an update about my car, it’s because I call them myself. They did not and have not contacted me to let me know what is going on as they work on my car.I have spent about 4k to have an issue fixed that continues to not be fixed. If you are having issues outside of an oil change, consider this your warning. This Firestone does a terrible job at embodying its own brand motto (Fixed Right, Priced Right, Right on Time).

I will not use this location again, the woman, whose name I can not recall, told my husband they could not do an alignment on our 2012 Impala because if they put it on their lift it would be damaged coming down. This is a flat-out lie! They have done 3 alignments on his Impala over the years at this location! We bought the lifetime alignment deal, and she didn't want to honor it after the same woman scheduled his appointment! We took the car to another Firestone, and his car was aligned without damage!

Where do I start. This place is something else and if ur reading this review try and go some where else. I took my car in for an oil leak. I was told if I replace my head gasket that it would solve the problem. It didn’t. It actually made the car worst now. I’m leaking puddles of oil. My car before I took it in did not have the check engine light on at all(I have pictures of before I took it in). Well after I got it back, the check engine light came on. Also the first day I got it back I wasn’t told anything but there was no oil in the car. When I went back in the lady sat there and kept saying to my face that all cars on the lot leave with oil. Well mine didn’t and even the mechanic who worked on it said that it didn’t. So she got caught in her lie. I feel like I have been scammed completely out of my money and I want a refund. I know little about cars so I thought I was taking it to a legit mechanic who knows. No instead I was sold something that didn’t even solve my original issue and now my car is in even worst shape. When I went back for the “courtesy check” apparently it’s a whole other issue now and how they can’t work on it and don’t have the tools. Very shady if you ask me. I’ll be calling to get a refund for this. The pictures are from when I picked it up the 2nd time after the “courtesy check” and it’s only gotten worst with how much oil leaks out.

Worked with this shop to complete warranty work through SilverRock. SilverRock requested photos of the parts needing replacement but the shop declined to do so. They kept stating that they couldn’t reach SilverRock or that their master tech wasn’t in to be able to do it and so on. I exchanged calls with the shop over the course of a week and a half trying to get the work completed and finally decided to take my car to Christian Brothers in Ahwatukee. The new shop was able to open a new warranty request with SilverRock, provide the photos, and have my car completed in about a half day.I’ll not be returning to this Firestone for future work.
