What a waste of time and money. Had to take my car to the lil Mexican shop to actually get the issues fixed.
Stay away from 51st Ave southern location in Laveen AZ.

This is a scammer shop. Went in with appt for AC service. 9 hrs later car still in bay nothing has been done. Then I realized they still awaiting for me to let them know how to proceed with their recommended list of 1600$ for a simple AC service. Folks be aware of this super scammer that service our neighborhood. Went to different shop was told system were empty they got it worked in 3 hrs. Be careful when to come to this Laveen Firestone on southern ave.

I have went to two or three other firestones in the valley recently. None could figure out the issue. I work for a company that does The A/C for Bridgestone/ Firestone in az. So during my visits to multiple stores as I stated no one could figure this out!. I thought it would never get fixed! Was I wrong!! These guys rule!! No kidding with in 15 mins they knew the issue! The issue was my A/C would turn off then back on at any time. It didn’t matter speed, weather or anything. Turns out it was the radiator fan clutch and the condenser. The fan was not able to draw in enough air to make the pressure lower in condenser. So it was going off on high pressure switch!! These guys are amazing!! I kid you not!! I will bring all my vehicles there, thank you Joel and his head mechanic!!
