After having our car elsewhere with no luck, the Firestone on West Carefree Highway was able to get it aligned and in good shape. Alex took all the information over the phone from my husband and when I arrived this morning was ready for me with all the information! They told me it would take an hour and half and it was exactly that to the minute. They accommodated me while I waited and got my car back to center. We’ll be back!

I had an excellent oil change experience at Firestone on Carefree, Alex was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything about the service. The job was done quickly, the pricing was fair, I’ll definitely return and ask for Alex again. Highly recommend!

Last time my truck was in for service, the tech advised that I had a broken U-Joint and the Carrier Bearing needed replaced. After some research, it was more cost effective to replace the drive shaft. The part was ordered and will arrive today. When I went to the location this morning to discuss installation, they advised that they would not install the unit because it was purchased outside of Firestone. Not good!

These young men are always great! Tony helped me out in a pinch despite being very busy getting me back on the road quickly (i was okay with waiting a while since i didnt have an appointment) . great service highly recommend.

I have attempted to have my oil changed twice in the last month. The first time, my appointment was cancelled the morning of the appointment. The store manager said "no one showed up". I thought, "okay, things happen, I'll try again".
I went in this morning to drop my car off for an 8:30 AM appointment. Stopped by at 8:00 AM to drop my car off and the doors were locked even though they open at 7AM. My ride was waiting so I had put my keys in the drop box and head to work. I have been waiting for a call from the shop and when I called the Firestone switchboard they can't reach the store either. At this point I just need my keys, but no one is there. SUPER Frustrating. There are some major management issues at this location.
Update: I finally got in touch with someone. Has no clue about my appointment and is now saying he is backed up and can't get the car done. No surprise he's backed up, they opened 2 1/2 hours late. Worst customer service I've seen. AVOID THIS PLACE.
