My account moneys dropped to zero and added a overdraft also.
I called customer service on was put on hold for 45vminutes before I gave up and went into the branch.
The teller(new employee I felt) could not tell me where my money went kept giving me generic answers in which the numbers would not add up.
Every answer and printout the numbers were way out in left field.
My simple question as to where my money went to could not be answered.
The manager stepped into it because they were closing and did not help at all, he just wanted it over to close the bank.
I was so frustrated and sent away to come back when they were open again.
The whole process felt very unprofessional, I knew I would get professional service at otherajor banks in my area.
I felt that they have no clue about my questions and that's unacceptable for an institution that holds my money.
I would complain to management but they were part of the problem.
So just beware and take your money elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of opening a new account and the gentleman that helped me was absolutely wonderful kind helpful looked nice and had a great smile and costumer service thank you Jose Velazquez you are awesome!!

Never do a business with this bank. They are shady as hell. They closed my bank account for no reason and robbed me for 2k from my previous transaction for my bills. The manager is rude in this location. I don’t recommend this. I’d rather go with Bank of America and TruWest. Maybe credit union bank. Remember i was a client for almost 2 years here.

Failed to inform me that there was going to be a hold on my paycheck after I deposited it. This is the second time this has happened. I’m sick of this place seriously. For being in the name, it’s not convenient at all. I was approached by a bank teller while cashing my check at Walmart cash services and told I should start a checking acc with 1st convenience to save money.. at this point I’ll spend the $8 to cash my check elsewhere just to avoid going to this place. Gonna close my account.

I've had nothing but problems with I work 12-hour shifts on the weekend I tried transferring money from my savings to my checking so that I can get an Uber and I couldn't even do that I couldn't call customer service I couldn't call anybody nothing I'm just so done I'm going to go ahead and get with a credit union I've had problems with this bank before years ago when I was a nurse but I'll tell you one thing I'm going to go with a credit union sorry also I had two employees that were rude as well

I have been a good member of this bank for 10 yrs and I never being treated so rudely, tellers are loud and unprofessional, most of them don't know the banking rules,when you ask a question they tell you they don't know, no help at all.They have played with my monies and create a confusing atmosphere .I will never put my money there ever again stay away they Robb you every chance they get.

I have banked with this location for about 6 years and I have never had a bad experience as of yet. Yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait, however it's not really anymore than you would have to wait anywhere else you might go. The reps are always kind and helpful and have always been very willing and knowledgeable about any questions I have had. I've banked with this place since 2014 and am very happy. I never get attitude from any of the tellers as some here say. Maybe it's them instead of the tellers. I seriously haven't encountered anything of the such. They should check the mirror and their attitudes at the door.

Today I was having a good time shopping with my little family at Walmart and cashing my gf check at the money gram center cause it's only 4 bucks. It was going so good until this Africa American lady approached us and convinced my gf to open a bank acct with them. She said it only take 5 minutes but I've been waiting for my gf for over 30mins now. She has a bank acct already with BOA. Way to tare a family apart while being happy shopping.

Came in this weekend to get a money order. The teller that helped us was sick and was coughing everywhere with no mask. Everyone was grossed out in line and it did not help she had no mask. She said she and her kids had been sick since school started. Bank needs a mask policy when people are sick. So gross!

Asked for new card because mine was expiring at the end of the month. I went to buy a bottle of water the next day and my card declined. WELL this bank charged me $25 expedited fee, and overdrew my account, I never asked for it to be expedited, i didn't need it now. No one would help me with this at the bank, they said call the 800 number, even then, the 800 number that finally answered didn't speak English so she transferred me BACK to the main menu. I waited 2 hours, no way was I going to wait another 2 hours to be transferred again. I waited over an hour yesterday and they closed while I was on hold. I'm furious
