Wish I could give it zero stars.Open an account and not till after it was opened did they tell me the check I used to open the account with would be put on hold for five business days.What ! This should have been explained BEFORE I opened the account. Even their corporate Offices in Texas said they should have done this. This is deceptive practices to me. As soon as I can, I'm closing that account. Wont do business with people who start out deceiving you. Be careful dealing with this bank.

This branch is the worst. Every time I use this branch I get no where. You literally have to ask for a manager and they never have any on the weekends. Please save yourself and bank elsewhere! The bank as a whole are crocks. Every time I deposited money from Cash App or a quick pay the bank keeps a hold of the money for access of four or more hours when the deposit is supposed to be instant! Closing my accounts. This was the last straw after ten years!

Pasadena, Texas. A F3 tornado half a mile wide with 145 MPH Winds destroyed my Work and my Truck. The roads were closed and I couldn't get to the Bank to cover a NSF Fee which was my first fee ever. The next day my Bank Statement stated the Bank charged me a Late Fee for the unpaid NSF Fee. I have been with this Bank for about 15 years. After waiting on hold for over an hour I was told I must pay the Late Fee and no exception would be made for hardship. Now I must pay the Late Fee, on top of fixing my totaled truck. This Bank does not care about people and it is kicking me to the curb at a low point in my life.

this place is full of crap, first of all there's a monthly maintenance fee they keep charging every month....absolutely no one wants to pay that ridiculous fee then if you don't it charges you a late fee...then an insufficient funds fee and another late fee seven days after.....i hate this bank don't come here!!!plenty of banks that don't have these fees so you think, oh kay since this happened let me call and talk to someone....oh please they rude, no manners, has no customer service skills or training you might as well be paying for a circus with no trainors....i've been thru too much to keep dealing with this company afyer five years or so....im done....i don't recommend them!

Very bad experience a worker with buds on she couldn't hear good and we didn't want to keep repeating what we were saying so she got mad and gave us a bad response didn't try to asking for her name we just asked for are money back. We just left.

Customer service is no longer important. There are like 4 people working and the only one helping customers was Yaqsity(I'm pretty sure I butchered her name sorry).Thank you for your kindness and patience. While all your coworkers walk around that little 6x6 acting like they working.

Customer service is no longer a skill. Really terrible fake customer service here. I have been banking here for a few years and almost went else where due to terrible customer service. This is another time I am very much considering moving my banking else where. I needed to get paper checks and needed face verification. I needed to take off my sunglasses (fine) but was asked to remove my mask. Almost losing my brother to COVID, I made a comment about being able to live with one self if I get sick and die. STILL complying with the request to remove my mask. The teller was soooooo rude, she very loudly stated she could live with herself as long as she didn't lose her job. What kind of human being says that in a customer service position? She should of kept her comment to herself even after I complied with the request. Pure selfishness, cold and insulting comment. Sad.
