Waited in line for over 20 minutes while watching the Supervisor take photos of his coworkers while they wrre trying to help other people. The people that were being helped seemed irritated because of the inconvenience of his picture taking. As line got longer the Supervisor Eric walked into in his office and acted as if he was using the phone and his computer but everyone could see he wasn't doing anything. Other people in line started to get impatient, when the supervisor came out he was no help at all. He had very terrible service, we watched him hurry and shoo off an elder man the same way he did to us. His badge says 10 years, that's crazy for such a horrible costumer service HE GAVE EVERYONE.

Teller at counter by ATM is Rude and Unhelpful! I made a cash deposit and she printed the receipt. I looked for my name or some type of confirmation that I deposited into the correct account. I just opened this account so I don’t know my account number. I asked her for something showing my name on the receipt or something showing I made the deposit in correct account with my information. She said we don’t print names on the receipt. So I asked again for any type of paper trail showing the deposit with my name. She stared at me like I’m d***** First of all little girl!!! I don’t have time for your sass attitude! I immediately asked for manager. I advised the manager I would like to make a complaint about rudeness and unwillingness to help. I explained the issue she said oh sure I can print out the transaction with your name and gave me a card and wrote my account information on it. Now that’s all I was asking for! I Hope Corporate sees this and shows what kind of tellers they hire!! Manager was great and quick!! I’m not understanding why this was so difficult for your teller!! Needs more training and customer service skills!!!!!

The girl that helped me today seemed very bothered when required to work. She constantly was brushing her hair with her hands while helping people and used an actual brush between customers. She wore a mask which wouldn't be an issue if she spoke louder. I requested to pull cash out and she told me to use the temporary card that she had just issued me at the atm even though i still had to call to activate it and set up a pin. I've never had a teller tell me to use the ATM when I've pulled out cash before.

Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here. Went to open an account and manager kept asking "why don't ypu have a social security number just curious" althought I had already provided everything needed to open an account according to the bank policy. And went out of his way to disciminate telling me he needed to see documention that i was resident not to take a copy but just for him to glance at it and give the okay for the teller to create my account. I was very unhappy on how they do business. All paperwork was given to me without giving me any explanation. I will never go back here again.
