I had an issue with my social secuirty not being put right at another branch on 99th and camelback, they were no help. I came to thks location on 35th bethany home and i was able to get it fixed, Leslie Lopez the banker was so helpful and walked through the steps and was able to recieve a zelle transfer from my brother. I appericate her and her time that she took with me.

Alan provided outstanding service during my visit to the bank. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping customers, and Alan definitely goes above and beyond. Out of all the other locations, this place is by far my fav. I have been coming to this branch for a while now. Great customer service. And very knowledgeable with questions I had. My card wasn't working today and I was frustrated because I wanted to just pay for my gas . I came into this branch and Leslie Lopez and Clarissa Beltran were so helpful and both of them took their time to call in customer service and make sure my card was working again. These two girls are so hard working and respectful & are so kind. Look forward coming into this branch again.

I was having trouble with my pin and I went to christown location and they didn't want to help me to call customer service and there was no help either . I came to this branch on Bethany home and Leslie Lopez was able to assist me and take her time with me to help me change my pin. She is very respectful and nice. And asked if needed anything else and I updated my phone number. Very good customer service she gave me, looking forward to seeing her everytime I come into this branch.

I went into the bank today and was stressed out because I didn’t have Zelle working or my app working because I was locked out . Ms. Leslie was very helpful , and sat down with me to help me with everything that I needed done. She took her time and is very nice and respectful. I will definitely come back to this branch, they are always welcoming 😊
