This is a fabulous bank. If you bank with wells or chase or any of the large banks I'd ask you why? Zero cost for checking zero cost for ATM and will reimburse you for others, $750 overdraft coverage. Just a fabulous bank. If you open an account you won't be disappointed. Customer for 8 years

Terrible customer service! Extremely difficult to get in touch with a human. Tech support is terrible. Accounting software is constantly losing connection with FFB servers and all they do is point fingers. In reality the issues are on FFBs end. They have very few ATMs. And they will close your account if you complain too much.

Very personable banking experience: they know you by name. Free checking available. They have very few locations but will refund with receipt any ATM transaction fees. Great customer service. They even have opened their doors for me just after closing time when I called & was stuck in traffic to make my cash deposit. Love this particular location because of their incredible service & making me feel like a VIP.
