I recently arrived Saturday 03/02/2024 to make a deposit for my rent. I arrived at 11:56am. They denied me and said they closed at 12pm. I told the woman that there's still time and she rudely apologized and said for me to come back on Monday at 9am!!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!!!! I will NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone.

Been a 1stBank customer since 2017. In the beginning, everything was great. Then they closed my account due to "overdraft over 30 days" but it had only been 22 days and I advised the teller and bank manager of this- Daisy is the absolute snobbiest person in the history of 1stBank and since they aren't even following what they promise, I have also reported this event to the Attorney General of Arizona, Colorado and the CFPB. I am pursuing every single option I can to have this resolved. Anyone listening, do yourselves a favor and avoid 1stBank at all costs. (Will gladly redact this review if issue is resolved).

Mexican branch manager was very rude! Made me wait outside in the heat because my husbands name is on account and im not a customer. Ridiculous! Im pulling every penny out that account and going somewhere they have compassion. Got me sitting outside burning up! Shame on all of you!

Do not believe the $300 promotion. They are so many requirement that no one can meet. Only a few location in the valley.
