Five bellow is a great store for kids/ teens . They have some random house hold items. Like soap, paper towels. I just bought a scrub daddy. I love it. I also bought a blue tooth ear pods. One side didn't work. So I will return. Other than that it works. I got some buggers. They are cute . I had to return the projector. It has a app that days to download load. Could find it. It has a qrs code that does not work. The return was easy and you and do a even exchange. The cashier was nice and friendly.

I will never come to this location again! I was humiliated. Walked out of the store like I was a criminal. I was accused of stealing a dog toy that I put back. When top flight security found the item. I asked for an apology. He refused. Wouldn’t give his name! Said it was his job! I guess his job is to follow people around who he thinks might be stealing but not offer an apology when he is wrong! Disgusting kid I feel sorry for him

Was extremely offended to be followed around the store while I shopped with my daughter this morning. Spent over 50 bucks too. I’ll choose to go to a different 5below before I step foot in this one again. I literally just came from church too so don’t tell me I looked suspicious and I had my 9 year old with me. Y’all literally have some serious issues.

Nothing against the store its the employees they are very rude associate # 888334 was very rude I waited for him for over 20 minutes just to come to the front to process a return then didn't even understand how an emailed receipt worked he told me he couldnt help me and that I would have to go to the 5 and below location I bought it at and then I figured out how to pull up the barcode and he gave me so much attitude and seemed so annoyed and when I asked him if I needed the card he was sarcastic and rude about it some places it just goes back onto the card if its a credit card so I wasnt sure and also he processed a brand new electronic item as defective after I told him there was nothing wrong with it I bought it about 2 days ago and ended up needed a different pair of headphones for my sons school it was brand new with nothing wrong but on the receipt he put damaged/defective i will never be back here
