Nothing wrong with the store itself. i love 5 below and always will, but at this location, the employees don’t seem very professional nor have manners. Young girl with brown/black hair at the front desk today (9/15/25) just seemed annoyed. Didn’t say hi to me or anything when i approached the register. She just grabbed my stuff and continued to ring my stuff without saying a single word to me. Complete silence and just very awkward. The only thing she said to me is if i wanted to buy a bag but the sound in her voice gave off very irritated. I've never had a negative experience at any 5 below except this one. Do better

This place had decent usefully items for sale fun I go for at least for I it is fun but anyways five below is alright main expirence is absolutely chill with the music as you shop for nice stuff.
Bought a toy here with an exclusive code and someone had stolen it😒🙄

I am very unsatisfied with my visit to Five Below when I am usually a happy customer of this specific one. I ordered a pickup for the first time, a 7-dollar speaker, and to my surprise, the website rang me up without sending me a confirmation email even though I put an email and phone number in. I thought it would be ok because I had proof of purchase and my physical ID on hand, I waited a day to pick up my item as it said it would be next day pickup. The next morning I called up to the store to see if my pickup was ready and I was told that it was after giving my first and last name. Later in the day, I decided to pick it up, and when I came in I saw my package with my name on it as the first package in the package holder. So I went up to the cashier to get helped. I told the manager helping me that I had a pickup and didn't have a confirmation because the website didn't send me one. After getting told back to back that it's company policy to need a confirmation email before being able to pick up, I had to resort to spending extra money on the same product I had already purchased online. I had my physical ID, proof of purchase, and my phone numbers and emails that I put in when I first purchased it but none of the many reliable information methods was accepted, which doesnt make sense because an email, which anyone could access, is better than physical proof apparently. The workers were ok but not helpful to the situation at hand. I realize it is a company policy that they are reinforcing but nothing was done to help me the customer leave happy. I don't know if it's a flaw in the website or something else but its an issue that should be fixed so no one else has to go through this terrible unnecessary experience.

They charge me twice and refuse to give me my money back of that second charge. Talked to my bank and said they confirmed they charged me twice. So now they do fraud and steal money from people?

Disappointed in the wait time it was really hot maybe invest in shade for waiting vehicles . Also don't tell me something is free then charge me $12 in taxes for it.
