First time and last time I’ll probably visit this location. I find it distasteful to make an announcement that you’re pretty much watching your customers closely and have audio. Insinuating someone could be trying to steal.I don’t know if this is what this company does everyday, but Let people shop in peace and deal with those you think are stealing accordingly. In addition you can tell when stores have secret shoppers, in general businesses need to stop trying to stereotype people because you don’t think they belong in a certain area or if someone’s dressed down browsing around they’re trying to steal.

You'll find a lot of Cool things here. So much to look at. Make sure you give yourself at least an hour to come in and Shop. I love how there are plenty of options for cell phone gadgets.

First things first, Five Below is just an awesome store. It has the best merchandise of any discount store hands down. The issues that I've run into with this store, which has been on multiple occasions now, are numerous items being considered "out of stock" when it's either, not in their correct place, if they even have their own space, or "possibly in the back." . This has only become a pain point recently which is why I only dropped to 3 stars. Definitely not a major issue just yet, but it could definitely become quite a hindrance if this continues.

I found Wet brush for only $5 from here! Cross the street they cost over $15 for the same brand. I feel lucky to get it for a fraction of the price. There were lots of other products that could be good to have, but I was traveling and can’t carry more stuff than I need. Good store!

12:00pm 2/5/24I was in Five Below some strange person started scanning my items at self check out. I asked to please leave my order alone I can handle it. They proceed to take my debit card and swipe it at self checkout. They proceed to run my debit as credit costing me a surcharge. You need to tell your self checkout workers not to touch peoples debit cards and or charge their cards without permission

2/27/24 I had the best experience at the store today Jose and April were very kind and helpful in assisting me today. They went above and beyond with the help I needed. Even went as far as looking in a drawer to show me an example of the type of charger I’d need to help with the power banks I had purchased the Saturday before. I went in to return the power banks but they were so gracious, they showed me my dilemma then boom I was able to buy another item to assist with my power banks. I am a happy customer. They were genuine and sweet can’t wait to go back to shop with them again. I love great customer care/support.

I was in desperate need of an SD card with specifically 1 GB. I saw that five below had them in stock. I called to make sure, and a gentleman at around 4 pm answered and was being very rude and harsh with me. I am a very happy person, so having someone so negative answer the phone was upsetting. I ended up driving to the store and asked the person at the front if they had the memory card and she whipped it right out for me! Alma was so nice about it and was open to help! Thank you Alma for helping me get this!!
