I had a great experience at Five Below! The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. They always have a surprisingly good selection of tech accessories, room décor, toys, and seasonal items all at unbeatable prices. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the checkout line moved quickly even though the store was busy.

I tried for a return today and what an experience.
As I entered the casher was new and asked for assistance but as the assistant manager came in he spoke loud like we was yelling at the poor girl that he could t exchange my item with receipt. I felt so bad that I tried telling him maybe he should tell me that but he was so rude that he says excuse me, again very loud. Whith out thinking he hands be back my item and brushes me off. He again was loud rude and very impolite. I continueed to shop but as I did she changed his diminer and said hello to everyone that came in,so fake but happy he was corrected. That poor girl has to put up with that already. Wow

I can NOT believe you people charge 5 cents a bag. Jesus Christ I spent 27 dollars in your store and you can't eat the 5 cents for a freaking bag? Well that 5 cent bag cost you a customer. I will NEVER shop at your store ever again. You LITERALLY wouldn't bend on the bag charge. I should have just left the stuff on the counter and walked away. That is ridiculous to charge for a damn bag.

I needed help from an associate and the manager. The associate was kind and tried to help. The manager was incredibly rude, unhelpful and dismissive. She didn’t care about my issue, wouldn’t answer my questions and walked away while I was talking to her. She needs customer service training. Thank you to the kind young male worker for being as helpful as he could be.

bring a device to test the electronics here. They sell stuff that doesnt work when you open it. Price isnt worth the gas to drive back to return it.
