Very happy with the service and the people over at Fix Auto. Got in a pretty hefty wreck on the 17 and they did a wonderful job fixing up my suv, it looks and drives like it’s brand new. Very great communication updating me very often. Trustworthy people there, they know what they’re doing. Recommended!

I wasn't going to leave a review but I had to use another shop recently and realized how awful Fix Auto was. I had an accident in June and went through USAA to find Fix as a preferred provider. The work took forever, when I picked up the car it looked like they had quite obviously pulled the windshield and damaged parts in the process. They denied it and refused to fix it. Then upon leaving the car made a terrible sound. I had to take it back and after 2 days they said they had "forgotten to tighten panels". They were rude, they didn't keep us informed and it was just a pain. In addition, they use shoddy products so you cannot take your car through the carwash for 30 days after you pick it up. I had to have some body work done again and used another company who was far superior. This had been my go-to shop in the past but after this experience we will not be coming back.

They were great (4.8) but recently their work has fallen to substandard and they don’t stand behind it. Not replacing bolts and numerous other issues. Good luck if you use them now.

Fix Auto did a wonderful job repairing my truck. They fixed every small detail. Customer service was very professional and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs. They even finished my truck a week early. I highly recommend them.

Fix Auto Deer Valley was so wonderful. I had been rear ended and they took great care of me. Not only fixing my bump, and getting it done earlier than expected, they ALSO cleaned up some dings and scratches in my car doors! It was like getting a whole new car back! They were so great to work with!

Have known Steve and Larry from Midway Chevrolet along time. When they left Midway, I followed them to Fix Auto. They treated myself great, the Equinox came out great. I will recommend Fix Auto to everyone I know. 5 🌟
