Mark was amazing! He was forthright and truthful. The final cost was the exact same as the estimate and he even did some buffing free of charge. My car was super dirty (dogs) inside and outside and it was pristine when I picked it up. It’s so rare to have an experience that goes so perfectly.

Took my vehicle in for a rear driver door collision. When dropping the vehicle off I was not met by any representative but just the secretary. Met my representative for the first time today September 1st. I dropped my vehicle off the 15th of August. Not a single call until a week in to let me know it's still being worked on. Then I have to call to see about a competition date. Which I'm not understand why I'm taking it to a "reputable" place yet I'm having to call and get updates. I get call that it was going to be done early.... Which it was not. The front inside door was popped off and was not re installed correctly and you could see the internal lock, also my center touch screen is no longer working. Dwayne's way of fixing the drivers door was just repeatedly pushing down it, then saying "yeah it needs to be snapped back on" while I'm just watching him put all his pressure on my open door, then I bring up the issue of my touch screen... even tho it's always worked he states they didn't touch it. So what this is letting me know is they're just giving me my vehicle back without even doing a quality check on the things they took apart (my front door) I've brought my vehicle here one other time and it was amazing but sadly I will never use their service again. Btw my car is still there and now having to leave it additional time due to these issue. The representatives then states "I'll call progressive about your touch screen" excuse me?? I'm not understanding when it was working perfectly fine. Beyond frustrating. Oh they also charged me my deductible right away. Even tho I don't even have a car still. No one even walked me around my car, no one showed me what was done for repairs. All that Dwayne stated to me was "did you get your keys" the lack of customer service here is sad. I'm still without a vehicle and time is running out on my rental (which is given to me an entire month) not a happy customer. Worst experience.

I took my my Hondato Fix Auto for the repair and it was The Best Choice I could have made. Great Staff. Great work. Not only did they replace the fender with a new fender, but Fit Auto detailed my car inside and out. My car looks better now then when I bougth it from the Honda dealership near by. Excellent Job.

My insurance assigned me to this auto shop for collision repair after someone backed into my car in a parking lot, and I think they made the right choice. I had a terrific experience working with Fix Auto Phoenix. The communication was clear and constant, and I got my car back in about a week. My car was sent to this place to get repaired post-accident. At first, I was really impressed about how they fixed the EXTERIOR DAMAGES from the accident, almost feel like I am getting a new car. However, what was hidden from me is the fact that my driver side door does not lock after it was being repaired here. It is not the fob that is out of battery. It is the fact that they messed up my driver side door lock that it would not lock whether by a fob that has working battery, or from the inside the car. On top of this, I will hear random locking sound while driving. I have called them as soon as I find out and they told me to call Farmers (the responsible party's auto insurance). When I called Farmers, they have told me it was not relating to the incident, and when I called back, they sent me straight to their voicemail. They have also been sending me to voicemail while my car was being fixed. This store does not demonstrate professionalism many people here have claimed, and it is very frustrating.Service: Body & Trim

Fix Auto at Coulter Cadillac did a phenomenal job on my 2017 Ram 1500.Duane kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and their turnaround time was reasonable. As for the workmanship, my truck looks like new. You would never be able to guess that it ever had damage. The cherry on top was that my truck got derailed by Coulter before they finished the work and I couldn’t be happier.I would take my vehicles there with 100% confidence.

The body work and paint was amazing. They started and finished the repair, which was somewhat extensive, in 2 weeks which was 10 days ahead of schedule. Dwayne and the team kept great communication keeping me informed as the process went along. If only I could give more than 5 stars. This is sadly the second time I’ve had to use their services and was amazed by the quality of work and service both times!Services: Steering & suspension repair

My insurance company recommended Fix Auto Phoenix as one of the places to consider after a fender bender awhile back. I used them and was pleased with their service, communication, etc...They worked directly with insurance so all I had to pay was the deductible, which I appreciated.I would absolutely consider using them again!

While I had a wonderful experience at Fix Auto, I feel like they could’ve been a bit more responsive. I was involved in a car accident where a truck was backing out in a parking lot in front of me and hit the front of my car, their insurance suggested this place for me to get my car fixed. I made an appointment to get an estimate as requested by the insurance company and didn’t get a call to setup the actual appointment until around a month after the estimate. There were also times where they didn’t pick up the phone when I call. I understand they might be busy or short staffed but I’m glad that Mark was very friendly and professional while handling and fulfilling my car repair process. I wish they have completely fixed my car, but I guess there could only be so much they would want to do.
