This is in regards to there Scottsdale Arizona Where is the option for zero stars. This company is negligent and puts the public at risk and should be shut does. I am 100% confident I was sold a used item which goes against the Arizona Department of Public Health, Arizona Board of Cosmetology and Centers for Disease Control, Scottsdale Fashion Square lease agreement all of which will be contacted on Tuesday. The Better Business Bureau and Channel 12 News will be contacted too if I am not made whole by a full and rapid refund! The public needs to be made aware of this company for their own protection and safely!I'm sure this business is a scam and I fell for it so shame on me. All the warning, red flags were there: beyond aggressive sales associates, hard selling that doesn't stop even after you buy and beyond outrageous prices! Do their products work, yes! But I would never pay their outrageous prices.For the product I was sold I was told it was a Valaiss damaged box which it is. The sales person said people in Scottsdale like perfect boxes so it would be sold at a 75% discount. I did not open the box to inspect it. Upon getting home I opened it to find there was no protective seal on the item! Gross! How in the time of Covid could you be so irresponsible, negligent and disregard the health and safety of the public as to sell a used product? That is illegal and you put my health and the health of the public at risk. Their is no excuse for that.I then started doing research and found that is a common practice at their Scottsdale, Phoenix and Vegas locations. They have sold used items multiple times which shows their gross negligence as a company. I don't care that I signed a receipt. I purchased a new, unused item in good faith and signed a receipt based on good faith. You did not act in good faith! I was given a used item which violates multiple laws. I expect a full refund (not minus a stocking fee) to my credit card within 7 to 10 business days or this will go public.

CROOKS, These people have not returned a phone call (14 of them) in regards to a refund on an order that was returned unopened via the mail. We are talking $2500 worth of product that was returned because I didnt want the gift from my husband ( he was being sweet). I told them that I didn't want it and they said it was already being shipped, so I said I was shipping it staight back and expect a full refund, they of course told my husband that the product was 100% refundable. It's only refundable if you can actually get the refund. I really feel that the Biltmore is cheepening their shopping mall expreience by having such slimballs as a store there.

Did not really shop here... the sales guy handed me a sample outside the door. This would appear to be more geared towards women... I really was not looking for anything and quite honestly I really did not pay too much attention to what the store sells... I did not want to be rude so took the sample and told him to enjoy the day!
