Not a good value for their price, many other flower shops have better arrangements for less. The flowers I bought were lack luster and did not match the images on their website , no card was included as promised, and they died shockingly fast. Shop elsewhere.

My partner got me a bouquet of flowers from Form Floral for Valentines Day. He told me how much he paid for the bouquet and it was $47 for such a small bouquet that you can fit it in a bud vase. I was shocked and couldn't believe that he had been swindled by this business for such a paltry and underwhelming bouquet I understand this is a floral business and needs to be able to make a profit, but this is totally unacceptable and ruined the spirit of the gift. He paid $12 a stem for ranunculus which can be purchased for $8-10 for a bunch at ones local grocery store. Let this be a cautionary tail for anyone looking to part with their hard earned money in search for a floral gift.

A Big Thank you to Form Floral! I wanted to leave a special review; we had a casket spray already made (by another shop) that needed some fixing on a Sunday for a viewing that evening and a funeral the next day. The lady at Form Floral was so helpful and accomodating; she rearranged some of it, replaced a rose, and tidied some others. We were so thankful to have a beautiful casket spray for the funeral, and so appreciative of her expertise!

Stunning floral arrangements, and lots of fun little gift items in the shop as well. Their flower wall is the stuff dreams are made of. Their pricing is high-end, but you get what you pay for!

This place is so stinking cute and wish I can capture the amazing on the review ??. If you need a quick gift, a unique rare and amazing bouquet this is the place - great selections available. They have plants and dry flowers as well. Love that you can a call ahead for an arrangement.

Customer service is great. The things they can do with fresh beautiful flowers is endless. They spend a lot of time with clients making your floral dreams come true. Weddings, table toppers, bouquets for gifting, event displays etc. We are getting wreaths made for our little girls' heads for their annual photo shoot. I'll post soon.

A few months back I ordered a dried floral arrangement for my friend's spa - the vase pictured wasn't available BUT they were able to assist and get the beautiful arrangement out for delivery. Wonderful service! Beautiful bouquets!!

My parents sent me a floral arrangement for a difficult day last weekend; it was beautiful and sophisticated--I was astonished by the thought that had obviously gone into the design. When I deconstructed it tonight to retrieve the flowers that were still alive so I could make a new little arrangement with them, I was also surprised to see they were anchored in chicken wire rather than the usual (cheaper and easier to use) florists foam. I don't know who's doing their arrangements but she/he is clearly a real professional.

Form Floral went above and beyond my expectations for our wedding this past October. had an initial meeting about our wedding vibe, all that we had envisioned for the day of, and although I hadn't even really decided on the colors I wanted yet, we walked through some general flowers that were in season and would match a few color schemes that I liked. After seeing the mock up centerpiece about a month before the wedding, I was amazed at how beautiful the florals were! On wedding day, everything was STUNNING, the set up was everything my husband and I had imagined (if not better), the team was extremely easy to work with and the florals were simply breathtaking. We still have wedding guests telling us how beautiful our wedding centerpieces were! We could not thank form floral enough!
