We have partnered with Fruth Group for our onsite Canon printer lease needs for more than a decade. Their sales, service and support have always been top notch and full of smiles! When our lease came due, our rep Guy Bittner reviewed our current usage trends, noticed that our usage had dropped considerably (Covid-19 and lots more remote workers) and came to our meeting with a quote and machine recommendation that took that reduced usage into account. He saved us tons of money while still giving us all the features that we love, all without any prompting beforehand! A vendor who reads my mind and sells me what I need, not what he wants me to buy, is much more than a vendor. That is a partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have been working with Fruth Group for nearly 10 years. This team goes above and beyond, creating an experience that is unmatched in the industry. Customer Service is incredible in every area of the company! Our Sales Rep, Brad, is exceptional. I have yet to be installing a printer with any issues, or if there was, that they couldn't help us fix.

This is a Great company ran with integrity and honestly. One of the few out there. The leaders within this organization truly care for their customers, as well as, their employees. Behind the scenes, they go above and beyond for their customers to make sure their needs are met (within Reason of course). If they can make it happen though, they will. I’ve seen it first hand. I truly commend the culture cultivated within this company. It is the reason they have exceptional customer service. You can always tell a lot about how a company treats their employees, by how their employees treat you. As a former employee of Fruth Group (2016-2020), I will say this, anyone would be lucky to work in such a good environment with the amazing group of people Fruth Group has gathered. These are just a few of the many reasons why Fruth Group continues to be a successful rising leader in the industry. They are for their customers and care about their customers best interest; while keeping their employees best interests in mind as well! You can’t ask for much more than a company who has your best interest in mind.

We signed a three year contract in December 2021 to add the Fruth Group as our IT support. So far, we've had them install new computers, workstations, agents, purchased and installed a new server and now adding a new firewall. Their support for our team has been phenomenal and they have been very patient, diligent and always get the job done.I would highly recommend them and their services and they have many people who specialize in various aspects that know what they're doing. They will customize their efforts to your company's needs and lead you step by step--even if you are on a tight budget. They are my "go to team" and I'm so glad we have them working with us!Thank you to each and every person on their team (from sales, engineers, management, support, accounting, techs, you name it!) who have helped us this year!

We leased a canon device for our business. They gave us the wrong information regarding the price of the equipment, mislead us about the price to buy/lease and ended up charging us 23K for a 5K dollar device. AVOID AVOID AVOID total scam. You don’t even get good service for all the ridiculously over inflated price.
