I had a poor experience during my visit. Staff seemed untrained. I was carrying my items without a cart trying to get in and out fast. Well, I was getting laundry detergent as my last item. I was stopped at the gate and told I had to check out there, something I’ve never been asked to do before. When I turned round I saw a Caucasian woman already in line. I noticed that right away but continued on because it wasn’t a big deal to check out there. The problem occurred when she couldn’t do the job correctly nor provide customer service, but was more worried about stopping me at the gate versus handling her customers already in line and giving me the proper customer. She had me come in front of the Caucasian lady that was already in line. Then I said I needed two separate transactions and pulled the items forward towards myself to make that clear, I was ignored. She still messed it up. She was more worried about stopping me then providing customer service . I was not greeted, did not follow what I asked and failed to provide customer service . Additional I was the only African American woman in the gated personal care with my child, I felt singled out and discriminated against. To make matters worse, I was then sent to customer service, where I waited over 15 minutes because she messed it and couldn’t follow a one sentence instructions. Better staff training, clearer signage, and awareness around discrimination are badly needed. Make your team aware of unintentional discrimination before yall get sued. at minimum still provide customer service while you’re discriminating, and the older lady owes me money and my time wasted. I will purposely avoid the store going forward. It makes no sense. Why the one right down the road provides better customer service. Not only is the customer service lacking. It stinks in here and you guys have pallets on the floor during business hours. Both are OSHA violation and a health violation. I’m assuming the smell is from not properly cleaning something in yur meat or dairy coolers. I’ll go with dairy. Do better. And no I don’t want your ten dollar gift card TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE

Asked where can I find the razors and one lady was really nice and directed me the a caged area so I went in to get the razors and then I approached by a angry young lady who looked liked her favorite parts of the day are breakfast snack lunch snack dinner and another snack asking me what was I doing in the cage area and treating me like I was stealing

Frys is my local grocery store because it's right down road. Never have any issues but the day I went I bought 8 piece fried chicken from deli and chicken was over cooked very dry. Sorry but even my dog wouldn't eat it. 😆

Every time I shop at this location, I am racially profiled by the employees and security. I notice them following me around until I get to the checkout counter. It’s very frustrating, especially when you are not a thief.

I go to the pharmacy 3 times a month sometimes. Good location, courteous staff. They're always eager to help. Polite and they are cordial at the very least. Mist of the time better than the least required.
