Went in to get some fresh baked bread and was served by Martha. This lady is an 'ANGEL'!! After getting what we needed, we went to the front to pay because their checkout line in the food court can't do that for some reason explained by their supervisor. As for the checkout up front, the problems still continue. The scanner application sucks!! The price for avocados showed 4 for $5, and it scanned 4 as $10. The young lady Mayra came to make that change, but definitely doesn't know how to count. I had three items listed for half price. The first item was $4.99- and she put $2.99. I said that's not half, and she said oh yes it is. I said 3 +3 =6. She then knew she was wrong. After correctly listing the correct prices, the checkout forces you to hit way too many buttons like the software was from the 80s. Please update your system software and fix the wrong prices!!! Oh yes, one more thing, please tell Jay in the fruit section to stop throwing the watermelon. He broke several of them.

The store is 25 years old with a small deli and bakery. The produce area is also lacking. However, the pharmacy is well staffed and informative.

This is truly a poor Fry’s to shop. Unless you get there at 7 AM, there are never carts available, you just kind of have to grab your own when you park, which I do anywhere anyway. But it’s not out of the ordinary for other customers to be waiting by the front door for carts. It’s filthy, the front sidewalks needed pressure washing years ago. The stores in Surprise and Goodyear do not look like this. Once you get inside there is the distinct smell of an old Food City. The floors are as bad as the front walkway and the bathroom urinals are stained yellow. I’m glad my stay in Tolleson is only temporary, this place is disgusting.

This fry’s needs new management asap.
Half the employees are lazy and on their phones or chatting with other employees about what they did or who they did last night. Not conversations you should have in front of customers. To the other half of the employees that actually put in hard work. It shows and it’s appreciated. For the most part I found the morning employees to be more helpful and hard working.

Ashley from the gas station location at frys was very racist and rude. She started cussing me out and threatening me all because she didn't wanna take 5 dollars in quarters. I guess she don't know how to do simple math but it was a very uncomfortable situation even for the people that tried to help

This was closest to where I live. I just moved down from up north. Horrible customer service everybody’s in a grouchy mood. and when you asked for help you feel like you’re the problem !! Mary(self self checkout) was horribly rude in front my two children.. she said if I didn’t like the self checkout, I can go to any lane that’s open,She said that was my problem. she was upset because the scanner kept double scanning and she had to come back and fix it. I told her )manager what she told me and SheI told her she blew it off and said OK. Have a good day. It’s pretty sad because I am a nurse and heaven forbid if you need me to help you ! I don’t know what it was. Maybe it was hair up in a bun no make up and sweats that you thought I was just some random poor Mexican using my food stamp card.!! I will never come to the store again!!

It was our first time in this store and I am very sorry to say that the man who is selling the chicken is a very rude person and he served us very reluctantly... I wonder why he works there if he is not happy and does not like to serve people... and because of those types of people, one no longer returns to that store.

I really appreciate the Kroger label dairy products, but I'm so tired of them being out of cream. Their heavy whipping cream is the BEST. I wish they would order enough!

Despite idealistic suburban location with thousands of customers nearby, this manages to be a cramped old school Kroger with no pharmacy drive thru, a dangerous parking lot, and it isn't even open 24hr smh
To top it off, they never have carts.
