Unfortunately this is a bad review. This location is terrible. Service is laughable at best. Pharmacy CONSTANTLY is late to fill/refill scripts by DAYS some times. The grocery pickup is ran by teens that will call and cancel your order mins before pickup, and management enables their childish behavior and attitudes. One kid told me figure it out (after calling me and telling me to cancel my own order cause he can’t). DONT SHOP HERE.

Wonderful place to shop. They have everything from food to toys and patio furniture. The best part is EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE of their staff are so kind. If you are having a bad day, go to Frys, you will leave with a smile. Kudos.

This is a great location. Safe, easy and clean. They have everything you could need or want from a grocery store. Starbucks, sushi and even a wide selection of clothing. Bathrooms are clean. Employee's are always very friendly and willing to help with all of your shopping needs. On Wednesdays sushi is $6 for roll, fyi!

Another negative review for Gail at self-checkout. Rudest person I have ever encountered. Had an issue with a personalized coupon not coming off; she immediately acted put off she had to help with it. She then said the "coupon is right there, $1.20 off". I replied I understand that but I clipped one for bogo and one for $1.20 off.
She walked away while I was mid sentence and said "I need to double check that". I was in the middle of trying to say it was a personalized coupon so it wouldn't be in the ad, but she continued to walk away.
When I mentioned it was personalized she responded with "well, I don't know what you want me to do about that, that's a customer service issue".
I guess I was mistaken that the people in the front would be able to assist with "customer service," but carry on Gail. I started to ask her to just remove them rather than deal with her and she walked away again, again while I was midsentence. This time she came back with customer service.
I made a comment that she was acting quite rude and she responded with a super patronizing "aww thank you, that's so sweet of you." Customer service manager standing next to her didn't say a word about that, so I just had them cancel the whole order.

I ordered my baby's first birthday cake using Fry's website because I can't drive and phone calls are awkward. When I went to pick up at my chosen location (not this one) they said they hadn't had a cake decorator in years and I probably ordered from this location. We went to see if that was the case, but they didn't have one either! Admittedly, I got a bit emotional and cried BUT Ruth made my baby a princess cake right then! We shopped around the store and picked it up before her party started. Amazing customer service from Ruth and the other Bakery ladies for a circumstance they couldn't control (i.e the website). Everyone at the party loved Ozzalyn's cake. Thank you Ruth! So much!

Outrage how BILLY, can't help out guess services. His excuse was my shift is almost over. But it's not over line is long.. poor Adam is having issues. We need better customer service representatives not clock watchers and selfish. Demote him!!!
