My sister has been stopped or somehow prevented from buying alcohol by the same person who supervises self checkout. She didn't accept her ID the 1st time because she said she has to wait 30 days after she turns 21 to buy alcohol. That's not true, as someone with an ALIC license and is learning bartending, and studying the Arizona State Law, the Arizona state law is that after turning 21 you can still use your vertical ID for 30 days until getting a horizontal ID. My sisters birthday was August 4th, and she still has a couple days left. This is the 2nd time the same cashier stopped her for that and embarrassed her in the self checkout. Get your policies straight and get your workers in check this was VERY unprofessional. I've also worked at a gas station for 9 months and carded SEVERAL individuals and know all about liquor laws and regulations in the state of Arizona. Don't shop here guys.

Have some help. 2 lanes and 3 out of 12 self service stations is not enough. Oh, how about helpful employees. The manager told me they are not allowed to help customers with getting their digital coupons on the no user friendly App. That's so more customers will pay full price on sale items. The self service line was to the back of the store!

Employee bagged all heavy items in one bag and meats with cleaners. I don't know about him but I don't want to taste Clorox on my steak! Or have to throw it away. It's just being mindful and doing a proper job. Because he placed all heavy item's together I had several bags rip as a result.

Placed an order for pick up today between 5-6. At about 4:50 I received a text that they're running an hour behind. I do not live very close to the store.... I arrived at their time, just after 6, and have been waiting over 45 minutes in my car. I called customer service to see if there is a problem and the kids who answered the phone disconnected the call. This is Good Friday. Unacceptable.

If this is the store across the street from Safeway than close your doors.Your Hot Cross buns in the bakery look like dog food and the bakery looked totally empty, this isn't the first time. It's senior day, the store is clean but yet something is a miss.I've gone on Saturday's twice, NO SHOPPING CARTS & folks are parking in the area signed Pick up and going into the store to shop.DISGUSTING. I'll shop Bashas or Safeway until we move so in the mean timeyou won't be seeing me anymore

I have been shopping at Fry's for a long time in the local area. I find their prices to be reasonable as one can expect in this economy. I use this location along with the baby Fry's on Ray Road and Ranch Circle. The folks working here are so friendly! Shout outs to Cindy in the meat department, she is my fave, Mike in produce, Javiel and Andree at the registers, Jeff who I always see busy stocking shelves, and Lang who is one of the most helpful! Desmond "cart wrangler and bagger" is super efficient. Great job on retaining these excellent employees and if you review this, pass along our gratitude.

This is the grocery store I go to all the time. Good deals. I like the gas rewards. I just have to say that Tiffany is seriously the sweetest and cutest cashier ever. She always makes me smile when I go through her line. Big fan of Tiffany for my cashier gal. Also the sushi they make here is decent. Not too expensive if you want to grab some sushi quick.

If you're seeking ineptitude and hostility, this is the place for you! The self-checkout kiosks are constantly malfunctioning, they've gotten rid of the majority of the checkout staff (who, to be fair, have been friendly and helpful, but they're mostly gone now), and the pharmacy is staffed with people who interrupt you while you're speaking and clearly fail to understand the commercial insurance model. And the pickup and delivery experience is a roll of the dice at best. The produce quality is hit and miss, and definitely is a miss when it comes to the aforementioned pickup and delivery. Do yourself a favor and go to Sprouts.

This gas station is fine, but it could be easier to pull in and out. The store attached is large, but again, the parking is odd. The prices of gas are comparable. And of course they take Fry’s points. I always do self pay at the pump, so haven’t any experience with the cashiers on duty. I will say the restrooms in the store are very clean and well maintained.

This fry's store discriminates against those with physical disabilities who need assistance. I was just there, doing some shopping for upcoming meals, and had my personal assistant with me. There are many things I can't carry, I don't drive, and I need help with an assortment of physical tasks. My assistant was ringing out our food in the personal checkout and when it was come time to scan a bottle of Tito's, they wouldn't allow me to buy it because my personal assistant is only 19. I explained my situation to the manager, Jessica, who kept looking at my assistant like she was a criminal, not the kind-hearted, selfless individual she is. I asked them how they expected people with disabilities to shop at her store, and she didn't have an answer. Jessica was completely disrespectful, and she acted as though I wasn't even human. It baffles me that you enforce outdated, discriminatory policies. Merry Christmas Jessica. Hope Santa sees more good in you than you displayed today.

Did not like this location, been here 1 time and it was the last time... no store in parking lot, and the lanes for the pumps are kinda small and narrow and it was busy. Had 2 people cut in front of me for the pumps we were waiting for.... did not have a good experience at this location at all..

This location has gone down hill. I'd love to chat with management but highly doubt they care enough to have a conversation. Can't find a cart to use because they are all over the parking lot. Not just once, but consistently. I see on TV all the promotions that Kroger/Frys does, but the cashier never gives me an opportunity to contribute. Right now they have, according to TV commercials, an opportunity to donate a turkey. I have been twice in the last few days and nothing. The manager of this location needs to go. Again I'm happy to have the conversation but doubt management cares. Not that I think it will help considering the size of Kroger, but I'll write to Kroger corporate as well. This location. Is disgraceful.

Came for some razor simple task and both people where instantly snappy and rude when there really wasn't any reason to be. I was literally showing them what their price was and it was just a huffy attitude with both of them. She ask if I wanted to see the manager and I said no thanks because it really wasn't worth my time for something so simple.

I love our neighborhood Frys Marketplace. Everyone is so helpful! The meat and deli department are the best. They are always kind and make sure you're taken care of. The produce is one of the best. People like Javier the checkout cashier, treats you like family. Always smiles with everyone. They are rearranging everything and remodeling their store. So far it's looking great! Thanks for everything you do for us!
