Last month I tried to fill a prescription that I have been filling for months. They sent a text saying my meds were ready for pick up when I got there the pharmacist LIED and told me I wasn't able to pick it up due to insurance. Called my insurance on the spot and they confirm it wasn’t true. They then stated it was out of stock. THEN this month I called to see if I was able to fill it there as a precaution because last time was a hassle. I heard the pharmacist in the back telling her that if I have an attitude just say that they don’t have it. I let them know I can hear her and they laughed. Terrible pharmacist.

This store sucks in customer service compared to other fry's stores. Kathleen needs to retire. She has no patience or empathy. The store manager isn't any better (Shaniqua) or whatever her name is

Worst service and staff that lies, which I have proof as well as an unprofessional pharmacist with fake lips and loud mouth. She sure likes to talk over people and not answer questions regarding the lies being told. One female staff member was nice and had great customer service, her leader did not. Text message stated meds would arrive on Thursday at 3:37pm, I went around 5pm and surprise in meds. Then I was told Monday, then Saturday I get a message it should be there Oct 2!

Cashiers have no customer service training at all, they are very rude and unprofessional, cashiers and sale floor associates literally rolled their eyes when I have a question!! When I asked for a certain vegetable to a male associate, he didn't said anything and just pointed with his 2 fingers to the direction where the vegetable was, another sale associate sighed so loud when ask her if I could get a price check, I ask her if it was a problem, she responded that it wasn't a problem but she work in stocking not in the floor, she proceeded to check the price with her scanner...is like they are doing you a favor, Fry's keep advertising about their stores, they should spend the money on training better their already employees

I've been using Frys pharmacies for about 25 years and have been with this specific location for 5. I can honestly say this is the worst run location I have ever seen at a Fry's. I won't go into specifics about several incidents but I will give some over arching reasons. To be open or not to be seems to be theme of the drive thru, I don't care either way just pick something consistent. Whatever you do do not need a same day prescription here... don't break an arm or have surgery, if you do go elsewhere for the day. Don't disagree with the staff verbally, even if your nice about it. They will put a note in your file or something to make sure everyone knows to boycott you or something similar. Don't bother complaining to the frys store about their pharmacy they don't run it and have no idea who does. On a side note: they have some new very friendly young staff and I love doing my refills through the frys app.

so I was just at this frys, and a gentleman walked right through the self checkout area on the entrance side with a grocery cart full of cakes and food and the lady working that self check out did absolutely nothing didn't say hey, you want to pay for that didn't even acknowledge, he was walking out the door just let him go, and when I made a comment to her about walking out the door, not paying for all of those groceries, she got offended, said who cares and then started yelling at me saying what was I supposed to do go fucking chase him when I never said anything about chasing the guy but at least let your superiors know hey someone just stole a bunch of food you might want to go watch your cameras and pay attention for this gentleman and get a description so if he comes back or maybe he's a regular and does this all the time because he knows you can steal shit from the store and they could care less, so why would anyone wanna pay at that point?

I was disconnected by the pharmacy 3 times and told to wait on hold because there were 3 people ahead of me at that point. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes when they told me that. Consider hiring more people.

The service at this location has gone so poor. They never get meds ready on time. The communication skills are so poor.. never inform customers when meds are ready for pickup. When call to inquire about the order pickup they say o come in an hour... when u arrive they have a the excuses in the world that they don't have it ready. When u confrontabout it then the staff gets so rude . Never going back to this pharmacy location again.

Horrible customer service at this store. I have experienced racism twice at the store from cashiers . yesterday my experience was with Maria, and she was giving myself and my husband the most disgraceful looks , because we are an interracial couple . She was very rude to us while checking out and wouldn't say a word to us just dirty looks the whole time . stop the racism just love everybody.

This has been my neighborhood Frys for over 20 years. Today I received the most insulting, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service from the young Man in the Deli department. I will call him Mr. Slick mouth because he has absolutely no manners towards his elders. I understand that you may be a little understaffed, but this young Man has ZERO customer service experience. Instead of answering a simple question he told me to go ask someone else. Then when I told him of his disrespectful attitude and that I would be talking to the store Manager he said, I don't care, do WTF you want. Really??? Is Frys really that desperate to hire someone that brings such a bad reputation to the Frys name. I'm sorry, but you hired a low life who will one day find himself on the wrong side of the road if he comes across the wrong person. I'm old enough to be his Mother and that kind of behavior towards ANY shopper is so not necessary. Please choose your workers wisely before you lose customers.

How does it take over 24 hours to fill an EMERGENCY ROOM prescription?! And then I get there and am told our safe only opens after 230 so you have to come back after that. THEN I come back after 230 and get told it’s not ready and will take another 45 minutes to an hour. I could be dying and these people really just Polly gag to get paid. I hate this place.

Great place to shop but could upgrade checkout lines to Apple Pay Shelves could be stocked up more but that's understandable when no one applies.

Yes...wow...no lies...I'm a father of 3... N I just did ..a side job...n I got a one time of ebt...so I shopped for mostly...my children...so anyways was happy...then I thought...b nice n surprise my kids n get some...meat...wow my EBT was covered for $20... N I was short...2 bucks ...n I asked plz...it's only$2.00...nope...si anyways...I had .. 2 put 2 bags of... veggies...back... but.bi lies...ha me n my kids... Gonna get fat ... yeah...real meat...

They couldn't process a transfer between them and another fry's pharmacy because they're closing in 30 mins.
