They have the worst customer service. I have ever seen. They do not want to look app insurance and they do not take good R. X which is part of krogeri? Will never come to this pharmacy ever again. And I will tell everyone about how bad they are. The lady was so lazy that she wouldn't even call my insurance for my prescription to be covered. It was like it was inconvenience for her.

I was having trouble getting a prescription filled from out of state. They were very polite and answered any of my concerns. They helped me navigate through the red tape sort of speak.

With the cart full of groceries I point out to the manager somebody Shop lifting. He replies there's nothing I can do. Well now hes got something to do he could put all the groceries I had in my cart and didn't buy back on the shelf. Why should I shop there and pay full price when there's nothing he can do when somebody's walking out with merchandise I might as well do the same thing nothing he can do. To h*** with frys. Customer service sucks at frys.

All this hate for this fry's disgusted me!! Because I know I'm not the only one who knows how amazing this place is. I shop here on the daily and witnessed all the crap these employees have to put up with. From crack heads to Thieves and bitchy a** Karen's acting like they don't know where they grew up. The employees here have to maintain a store all while dealing with crap that the white boy stores never have to deal with. The produce area is the cleanest most organized place I've ever seen. Don't believe me go to food city around the corner or the south west super market that nobody remembers........ hahahahaha!! From the deli, bakery, cashiers, pharmacy , security, employees and management. I've been been shopping at this frys for years and give nothing but respect for anyone who works here. Keep up the good work. I will be back tomorrow and for as long as I need food this is my spot. All the haters not giving 5 stars need to go back to there prissy a** house on the west side and shut the F UP!!! Show some love!!

Out of any store I have ever been to this is by far the worse! I've once had 3 employees act like they didn't speak any English and had 2 employees completely ignore me when trying to ask for help. They store is so disorganized and always out of everything! The produce is horrible! Great way to get food poisoning! The security guards are literally perverts. Once the manager made a lady wait at least 8 minutes to be let into the bathroom while he just stood there on his phone. When walking into the store you get a horrible rancid smell. This happens every time I go to the store, I would stop going but I do Instacarting and I personally can not choose the store to go to. The is no way that this store doesn't have health code violations. I wish I could give this place no stars, I never give reviews but this place deserves no customers for how disgusting it is. Please drive a littler further for a better store! Never going here for my own personal shopping

Blessed to have found paul willing to help in any way possible to get my sons meds after phone calls n phone calls back n forth with insurance/drs calls he did everything possible til last minute to make sure I got my sons medication only a stressed parent with a baby having asthma attacks knows how stressful it can be I noticed yr dedication and hard work thank u so much u saved me a hospital trip❤️ Great employees like you should always be recognized…thank u once again Paul you were a life saver for my 6yr old son tonight ????

This pharmacy delivered my scrip when I couldn't pick up. They notify me when my flu shot is due and the customer service is 2nd to none. I'd recommend to anyone. Now I sure do hope the line when I go for my flu shot isn't long because of this review. Lol

Hands down the filthiest super market I have been to. Came today right as they opened at 7am and every aisle was gross. Trash all over, spills products and nothing looked clean. I would rather drive further distance for better quality.
