Never on time with scripts. Difficult to use insurance card let alone use discount card or pay out of pocket. Staff is never on time with time of pickup. Unfortunately I've had to do all 3 and I was in ketosis and needed my insulin after 3 days in icu. Waited 4 days for prescription. Now I'm going on day 2 of when they said it would be ready. Only cost me 19000 at honor health. That's OK I scale down my mess to prepare for this situation

It’s okay. The people are usually friendly but the staff ALWAYS give me trouble with my insurance and I don’t really know why. Maybe they have to. But even then, my prescription is literally NEVER on time. When my prescription has been ready in the past, they never text or reach out like they say they will. They are mostly friendly, but in my experience, they come off as sort of not-informed and unprepared. I have to take weekly shots, so it makes me nervous and inconveniences me when I have to push that day back because it isn’t ready when it should be.

Cannot get a prescription out of them. 3 days to fill 1 prescription after it was sent to me via text.

I would give the pharmacy negative 5 if I could. Been going here a year for the same medication every month and every month it’s out of stock and have to wait for a medication I need to be ordered. The new kid there is unreal to deal with and talk to. If it was easier to transfer prescriptions I would. I can’t wait to never deal with them again

I advise everybody not to come to this Fry's because they assumed that you are someone who they recently saw at the store probably stealing some items when all I did today on March 15th 2024@ 6:10 p.m. was asked to use the restroom and day assumed that I am a thief that has been stealing from their store. Today was my first time at this specific Fry's Food and drugstore off 35th Avenue and Peoria Road Phoenix AZ.Their customer service is not good at all from what I see in the store, the way that they communicate with these customers is just disrespectful.

I don't advice anymore to fill there prescription here at all. Staff is always on there phone and making customer's wait. When you ask for help they seem really bothered by it and rude. If I could I would give them a 0 stars.

I almost gave one star. Don't live here. And won't! Staying with daughter.. this was close. No selection of good fruits & veggies. Tried to get 5/$5. Probably didn't have enough....? But definitely got a few sale & BOGO. Was overcharged for all! I'd got lazy. Never had to worry bout this in Dallas or WA. Wow...

A big shout out to Kavon (I think that's his name). He works the meat department as well as the meat/seafood counter. Always on point. Always helpful. Always pleasant and respectful. Both his work ethic and his attitude stand above the rest. Thank you sir for your great customer service

My neighborhood Fry's. Gnarly area unfortunately. Love the staff here though. Always so friendly and consistent. There's this middle aged guy that packs groceries and he's the best. I always buy so much and he beats me with packing before I finish paying. He's so nice and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Management always seems involved, always out on the floor checking stuff out.

It's a normal grocery store with horrible customer service. I wanted to do a simple return but it looks like the employees are lazy and incompetent to do this. It was night time and the person who was supposed to be in charge decided to take an hour break and there wasn't a single person there to do refunds. It makes no sense to me why the customer service station wouldn't have at least one person manning it so that others can go on breaks. I went to a cashier and they refused to do the refund either. I ended up going to a different Frys and one of the employees there at first tried to refuse me, but when I told him that I was refused service at another Fry's, he was able to do the refund at a normal cashier register.

I've been using this pharmacy for years now. My scripts are ready in about a day. Two days at the longest. With the shortage of medical people I'm sure they're very overworked and underappreciated. Practice kindness :) some of these reviews are pretty rough.
