People at this location are always very friendly and helpful. I use Fry's pharmacy often and use 2 different locations but this one is definitely the best out of the 2. Great service always!

Today we felt harassed by their "new security guard". As I entered the store he was banging carts trying to separate them blocking access to all the carts. I tried to deny his offer of a cart and get my own but he was persistent. He was not in uniform and did not appear to have a weapon unless it was concealed As we shopped he followed us around the store making eye contact with us and intimidating us and walked very close to my partner at one point passing her. I alerted the cashier and that is when they told us that he was security and his first day. I do not feel comfortable shopping here with this type of security where they harass and make customer feel uncomfortable I have shopped here for years but will consider going to Walmart instead

This is one of my favorite locations, the customer service is outstanding, the store is always clean and has a nice smell. The produce is always fresh, short checkout lines.

I rated 1 star only because there is no way to rate lower I was in line to pick up my scripts and I was the next and only person in line Byannasaid they were closed and I said I was in line and no one said anything so Kimberly the Pharmacist closed the window on me and said they were going to lunch even though I had been standing in line for about 15 minutes and they didn’t say anything to me until I got to the window and she just rudely said we’re closed and closed the window on me this pharmacy is always rude to people and one time I asked what was wrong and the girl said they were understaffed well I don’t see where that is my fault but corporate really needs to get involved and look into how they treat their customers

Prescriptions should have been ready at 12.. it’s now 3 still not ready. The lady was very rude and dismissive made me wait over 30 mins just to ask simple questions.

I'd give it zero stars but I don't believe that is an option ...I should of pissed myself in the store so they would have to clean it ... the man at the customer service desk is a j*** he's at the wrong job because he provided no customer service that's ok bashas a local grocer I'll remain loyal to them they don't make you hold your pee

These people are incredibly rude. Eveyone working there have gave me horrible customer service. Why? I don't go into a business, that i need business from, with a bad attitude. I go in with the friendliest of attitude hoping for great customer service, but not this place. Sadly, everyone has been a deception.

Today was very uncomfortable, while I was at fry's shopping for a lot of food, an old person (female) glasses and short, helped me at the meat and seafood section at the store. Absolutely terrible help, she had me upset enough to be in tears while I left the store. The incident was, that she would not properly bag the goods that I ordered and she got upset about some of other employees helping me "they shouldn't do that." My mom saw too, neither of us felt like the service was good and in fact the service was bad from this employee. I got what I needed from the store, but I needed to get this into the world she's a mean lady!!!

90% of time when I get their crab salad in deli it's bad, old and sour. The pharmacy at this frys is a joke. Their automated call system never calls to tell you your prescription is ready. Many times they are out of medication to fill prescriptions. When my dr called in some refills but it wasn't time to fill some of them I asked them to auto fill them when it was time... they didn't. So I called them to tell them to fill them asking for a call back, but the system wouldn't put me through. So I left a message... no call back. So I called to see if they were ready. They are backed up 2 days. I explained (as Idid in my original message) that I'm Out of my blood pressure medicine could they fill that one... nope they are backed up. I feel sorry for anyone having an emergency needing antibiotics or pain meds because guess what you'll have to wait 2 days! The only reason we moved our prescriptions from Walmart to frys was the Kroger extra savings program... but we have to remind them to check prices each time we pick up meds... because they just use the insurance price...I pay for the savings program... they should check before printing the ticket. Because the savings program prices for some of my Meds is $0 Also when filling my dads RX for an injection they charged the insurance price $300+. But did not use the card from the manufacture which pays for almost all of it. So we had to go back to get them to reverse the charges. The people answering phones the pharmacy need lessons in customer service. I'll not go into it. But I hate having to call there.
