If you are looking for a trusting and caring pharmacy, this is NOT it! They do not value your privacy at all. The best is when they huff and sigh ? because I ask them to run my prescriptions through my insurances. They never run it thru the 2nd. Each and every time, I have to remind them. Also, the app only has about 4 basic functions, which could be good or bad. In this case, bad. As you have to ask the pharmacy for help. Certain meds you have to call in each month or provide a "friendly reminder," to remove a med you have to ask for help or you ask them if they received a script after waiting 48 hours because you have not seen it in pending/processing. Better yet, when you were to receive scripts and never did. Then you get new scripts, and again, they are never filled. This is an on going but common delimma. Then the pharmacy ends up telling your doctor that you "flip-flop" (Because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you are literallystuck in the middle) - after you check w/ your doc office - all is good on their end. So, now you just look ? crazy!!! . It was like they never existed,..POOF! but the doctor thought this the whole time i received the scripts and I was taking them. It was a complete mess! What we have here is a failure to communicate. Thanks, Frys Pharmacy!

I love Fry’s Pharmacy, everyone there is always so helpful, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. My orders are always filled correctly and on time. What more could you ask for?

The service departments close and open at different hours than the store, super frustrating for evening shoppers, the checkouts also close down at a certain point and it's only self checkout. We're always frustrated after trying to shop there past 7pm.

We shop at this store all of the time. We purchased a Home Depot gift card that had been hacked and had a zero balance. We contacted Kroger customer service and they opened a case. I contacted them two weeks later and they informed us that they will do nothing to make us whole on this. They referred us to Home Depot who of course will do nothing to assist us. Very disappointed in the way that Kroger handled this. Will not be shopping there anymore. Obviously, no loyalty to regular customers.

Always a pleasant experience at this Fry's pharmacy. Having a drive thru is convenient as well.

I've been going to this pharmacy for about 15 years. I'd tried a bunch before and they were not even close. These folks have always been really kind to me. Probably saved my life a couple of times. Can't speak highly enough about them.

This specific location is beautiful and so stocked up. Great selection of produce. Their displays are always top notch. I've never been to a Frys that has clothing... so that was new. Also in a convenient location!

This is the kind of place that has a huge selection of everything, but it seems like every time I go here they are out of the one thing I want. For instance, I've been staring at a a blank slot for Lightlife vegan smart bacon for weeks. I went looking for some basic sweat pants and found the exact type that I wanted (actually several options), but they only had sizes XL - XXL. I'm an M.Worst, was on my most recent visit, my car wouldn't start on the way out, so while I was waiting for AAA, I went in to return the frozen food I had just bought so it wouldn't melt. I went to the customer service desk and was told by an employee nearby that the person managing the desk was on break and would be back in 15-20 minutes. I told him my situation and he suggested I put my stuff somewhere to keep it cold or wait for her break to end. I was in shock - only one person in the store could handle returns? Seriously? And I doubted the tow truck driver would want to wait for me to go back in for my frozen food. Oh well, melted ice cream for Christmas is!I know given the date (Christmas week) and all for my most recent visit that I shouldn't expect particularly good service anywhere in retail, but this was particularly bad.

5:30 on a Monday and only TWO human cashiers open. There are about 8 self checkouts open. In all the lines are at least 6 or more shoppers.Ridiculous And I feel sorry for the few cashiers that are swamped. They look exhausted.

If I could give then zero stars, I would. This pharmacy makes me appreciate Walgreens. Firstly, the staff are all snippy. Secondly, I had a sinus infection last week and my doctor sent in Augmentin. So I wait and wait, as it says in progress on the app. So finally, I call the pharmacy and I'm told, "oh, we're out of it. It's a mfg. issue." So I ask for the generic, which there are 3, made by 3 different pharmaceutical company's and I'm told, "oh we don't have those either." How do you not have an antibiotic, esp. one as wide used as augmentin? The girl then tells me I can pick it up on December 3!!!!! So I go thru the hassle of transferring it to my old pharmacy, Walgreens, in which it was in stock. Then, a week later, I had another script to pick up and I was told, "oh, that's out of stock." Finally today, I went to pick up another script, the girl there tells me the insurance won't pay as it's too soon. I advise her that the last time I picked up 30 of this medication was on sept. 7, so it can't be too soon. Then she says, "well I don't know what to tell you, the insurance won't pay, it's not our fault, it's your insurance."I'm sorry, you don't know what to tell me? Who says that to a customer? So I tell her, I'll just pay cash. Then she tells me to wait. By this time, I've been sitting at the drive they window for over 15 minutes, getting nowhere. After about five more minutes, the tech comes back to the window and says, "it's $18.00 cash, but oh, we don't have it in stock." Com on!!! Then, there was another customer that pulled up behind me that was blaring their radio music. So I'm trying to hear myself think and I'm speaking loudly above the music, and I said to her "what is going on with this pharmacy? This is unacceptable." Then she tells me to stop screaming at her. I'm like I'm not screaming at you, I can't hear myself speak. Then she says, "well you can just hang on back to Walgreens. I'm like you seriously are telling me to go back to your competitor? I said, "that's just d***** From there, she's screaming at me, with the manager standing right next to her doing absolutely nothing. People, for your own sanity abd peace of mind, stay away from Kroger pharmacy. They are nasty, rude, snippy, and lazy. I'm 65 years old and an employee who couldn't even been 18, is telling me to go to their competitor.

My son needed some fresh vaccines to start school. I called Fry's, confirmed they vaccinate children and hopped online to make an appointment. Convenient right? Yeah. Except Fry's accepts appointments for vaccines they can't even legally administer. Of course, you won't know that until 30 min before your appointment when they call to tell you. And then you get to scramble to find an alternative so that your kid can start school. It's really ridiculous. Also, as an FYI for parents: if your kid is under 15 the pharmacy cannot administer the Meningococcal or first HPV vaccine. It took me 30 seconds to type that. I bet it would take about that long to put a note on the website stating the same. Add in time to test the change and deploy to production and we are talking about a change that would take less than a business day and would at least help Fry's from accepting appointments they won't fulfill. It's literally ridiculous for a health care provider to accept online appointments for services they have no intention of fulfilling. The pharmacist says the system isn't very smart. I would agree. There's literally no reason for a computer system to allow someone to make an appointment for something the pharmacy has no intention to provide. It's a waste of everyone's time and in 2022, the technology exists to determine if patients can or cannot receive a vaccine. My 11 year old could code those "if" statements. Since Fry's can't do this right, why should I trust them to administer my flu shot or dispense my medication? 1 star.

Really disappointed, stopped in on Wed and the hot counter food was barely anything and no one manning the department. I was so looking forward to some wings from the hot bar for a bbq I was going to that night- and it wasn't even on! I ended getting some scraggly looking fried chicken and it tasted awful- Just why?!

What is the purpose of having a vaccine appointment? I have been waiting for almost an hour. My paperwork is processed? Poorly run pharmacy department and staff.
