Staff have always been professional and helpful when I get my refills. They're not tripping over their own feet to greet me with rays of bubbly sunshine just because I walked into their store, but they're never disrespectful.

Zero stars if possible. The lady pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending, zero customer service, acted as if me filling my prescription there was a big inconvenience for her. Avoid the place for all cost!

Very clean and organized store on the inside, however 90% of the shopping carts were littered throughout the parking lot and saw no employee gathering them. Luckily I found one by the door, otherwise I would've had to get one by my car. It's in a nice neighborhood and lots of parking, even though they were super busy I still got checked out pretty quickly. Just be nice if they stayed on top of wrangling carts for their customers to use.

Well Fry's does it again. Be wary of this store. Went to the Fry's on 3616 E Ray Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85044 at 11AM Sept. 8th 2023. Went to the meat department for the crab sale. Meat person was upset we bothered him to ask for some crab. He said he would have to go back and get it. Went back for a long time then came up. He talked to a bunch of guys then went back again to the other side of the store for some reason. We asked for 3 lbs at the sale price of $7.99. He returned with this 4lb box. He insisted that this was the only way to purchase the crab. Mmkay.Went to the register where Dawn checked us out. I brought up the question about the box. It didn't seem right. She scanned the box and it came to almost $50. Even at the sale prince $7.99 x 4 = $31.96. So we said that wasn't right. Then she insisted the price was not in the ad and pulled out the paper ad and scanned it real quick. My husband asked to see the paper and showed her the ad with the $7.99 crab. Then she said, oh it's a digital coupon, you did not click it. Then called a slew of codes over the intercom (thinking she was calling the meat department to make this right). I told her no, I clicked the digital coupon when I was on the site last night. Then she said clicking digital coupons from the web site and not the app did not work. Funny, it worked on all my other digital coupons. Then my husband brings out his phone, logs into the app and shows her the clipped coupon. Then she said it's only good for one pound. But it says you can use it 5 times in a single transaction (so to me that means you can get up to 5lbs at that price). Then a slew of security people come up and the store manager. By then my husband told her to just take it off entirely and we were done. Then the store manager asks what the problem is. We tell her and she says another guy had the same issue and he just got a bag with the 3 lbs from the meat department. So we asked if we could get that and she looks at us and says "That's so unfair. You should go back and punch them in the nose." To which my husband responded that isn't worth the arrest over crab. Then she just walked away. Then the security guard pipes in if they needed help with "us" and the store manager motions for him to stay close and watch us out. WTF??? We are over 50 and spend over $350 per week at your store and we are treated like criminals for trying to buy crab at the sale price??? Trying to look for the resolution so we can get the $7.99 crab and go home to eat it? I feel this attitude is stemmed from us being an interracial couple. We are always followed and questioned in the store. We tolerate it every time but this went too far. We will never be coming back. I will tell everyone to avoid this store. I hope you can get some training that managers are supposed to help EVERY customer regardless of race. Please consider more unbiased training for this store.Called Kroger customer service and escalated to a manger. They were nice and said that they would give me $40 on the card for the inconvenience, then also talk to the appropriate people about the incident.

After today I will no longer be shopping here ever again. I've been shopping here since I was in the 4th grade in 1994. Today I was treated with total disregard when items in my order rang up incorrectly. I showed them evidence of the prices with pictures I had taken on my phone. My apples rang up as $1.79/lb but were posted at $1.29. Also, my blueberries rang up as $2.99 even though the price was posted as $2.50 each with Fry's card. A white short height blonde haired cashier was incredibly rude to me and my family. I'm a respectable member of the community as I am an attorney. I will not shop here anymore.

Wow! All I did was go into the 3616 E Ray Rd location to get an eight piece chicken meal. A woman about 60 years of age with blond hair behind the deli counter said I had to wait on the potato wedges that comes with the eight piece. These are the same potato wedges I've been getting with this eight piece chicken meal for years at this location. She comes back five minutes later with the wedges speaking to me in a loud condescending tone 'What are we doing here?!! I don't know what your'e doing!" I calmly remind her we were adding the wedges to the meal when they were done being cooked. She again yells at me in a disrespectful tone "You don't get potatoes with that meal!!!!" I explain to her I have always acquired wedges with the eight piece meal for years, that that was the reason she had already acknowledged earlier that I had to wait, and that I was speaking to her politely, and she was speaking to me in a loud, rude and disrespectful tone. She began berating me more stating she'd address me as she wished and I told her no, she would not and she needed to shut her mouth with the loud tone and treat myself and other customers with respect I then explained to the manager I had been polite for five minutes while this employee had started out being rude and condescending and continued this attitude, as if she were doing the customers a favor, making snide comments, and being loud and disrespectful with them. Only after she did this repeatedly to me did I assert myself and told her to stop.I came into the store happy and just wanted the food, patiently waited for it, and didn't need a belligerent employee being rude with me.The manager Keith, failed to address with this employee that she cannot speak disrespectfully to a customer and be antagonizing them, but instead is to approach a customer respectfully and help them. Obviously, that is her job. The manager didn't seem to care less when I addressed this with him, so I filed a report with Corporate. Their Corporate number, if you experience this at the deli department with this woman, is 623-936-2100. I've witnessed this woman be rude in the past with other customers at the deli department as well, and you as a customer do not need to put up with it..

I’m mortified by this pharmacy. My experience was the worse. Rainy is awful! She scared me. She’s condescending and rude! You can’t ask her anything. She’s not helpful! The staff is so oblivious to everything. The medication is never on time. I don’t understand how the Board hasn’t step in to correct the mess in this pharmacy. It’s incredible how long this has gone on. I transferred my medication to another pharmacy. I feel happy now and not fearful to go back. It honestly shocked me. I was always scared to put my medicine in fear it wouldn’t be ready or how I was going to be treated. Please do not go here. They don’t care for people..

This pharmacy is amazing! Rainey is the most amazing , caring, professional pharmacist in the state! Truly, she walks us through our meds, side effects , cautions and makes suggestions on overall health! There is no one like her ( I am a born and raised Phoenician ). Also, Robin is great too. They really care about us as patients taking medicine. Don't love the techs, as they seem to get overwhelmed and sassy. But would go anywhere else for prescriptions, unless following these knowledgeable pharmacists!!!!

the rudest store manager I've ever heard...I overheard her being rude to an employee ...shopping carts and product all over the store making it hard to even shop....go to the marketplace down the street if you want good customer service
