at first the pharmacy was a breath of fresh air from CVS but now everyone is rude and uninformed and incredibly unaccountable. I’ve had to go to the ER every single night for a week because they won’t cooperate with my doctor or insurance and of course won’t take responsibility. I’m exhausted and sick and in pain and they’ve given me such a hard time. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. There’s no reason I should have panic attacks coming to pick up my panic attack medication and other medications. I’ve already started the process of switching everything over back to another pharmacy because I don’t know what happened but this is unacceptable.

I went to this frys yesterday and was treated horribly by the manager Elona. Not only was she rude to me but to her employees as well. It's so unbelievable how she thinks it's okay to push around her employees around as if they don't matter. Her work ethic is horrible and I would not recommend going here. I heard that none of the stores that she's worked at liked her and from my own personal experience, I understand why. If it was up to me I would have her fired and replace her with someone who is so much better at their job and ACTUALLY cares for their employees. I am truly so upset with my experience with her. 0/10 will NOT be returning !

This Fry's Pharmacy is the worst in customer service. I can never get a prescription the same day. Ever. The answer is always tomorrow.Update from 6 years ago. Still horrible service they should give up and close it.

They're really slow to fill new orders in my experience and there's always a huge line everytime i need to pick up. Transferring back to cvs asap

Just close the store and push everyone to the 40th street location. This place is worse than Wal Mart, stuff is put in the wrong place coffee where oat milk should be. No front facing no products pulled forward so customers can reach it, store is very dirty and unkept. Definitely need new management in there asap

They never have diabetic supplies and seem to be very short staffed and just full of apologies lately. I waiting in line over 20 mins for a prescription that wasn’t filled but received at noon today. Really need more staff or something to improve ridiculous to be told my daughter has to just wait til tomorrow cause they didn’t fill her prescription…. Moving her pharmacy asap. This has happened numerous times this is the final strike. Do better frys do better

I've had issues in the past but had to change, pharmacies so I gave Frys another chance. Oh boy was that a mistake! Some workers are just so rude. I'm so glad I was able to chance pharmacies I will NEVER use frys pharmacy on 7th Street and Baseline ever again. I should have know better from my past experience.

Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. Been going here for 5 years and the service just gets worse and worse. Never again. Worst customer service ever. Rude, belittling, always late, losing prescriptions, unapologetic, and lack of personal responsibility is astounding. Never again.

I want to be honest and I called 30 minutes after the deli closed to get a 6 feet sub. The manager could not figure how to write my order. It is all on paper, so I now have to call in at 6am and see if they can do it the same day. Why not train managers on basic tasks. I understand that she maybe new and not trained in this area. If you want customers then let them ask what we can do. Even if if it is the next morning.

I called at 10.03 pm to ask what time you close and they said 11 pm if you look at online it say 11 as well but they close at 10 pm This is the second time happened to me and i only see this in arizona customer service is awful
