This frys is just ok. I always look for special deals and can never find clearance stuff. Which means they probably sell old expired food. Plus their clearance area is always a wreck, just disappointing.

The drive-thru at this location used to be bad. It was closed more than it was open.
It has been open according to the posted hours for years now so I want to recognize the improvement.

Navigating this Fry’s is like something out of a horror movie. I was searching for honey. Not in the baking section, not in the tea section. “Okay”, I think to myself. I will look at the app. “Ah, sweet relief”. Aisle 11. Not so easy. After walking practically the entire store, I notice aisle 8. Then… aisle 16. Where is aisle 11? As I look around frantically, the weight of my basket slowly pulling off my arms, I hear a noise; children. Oh no! Running down each aisle, I look at the numbers overhead. 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. 8, 16?!?! WHERE IS AISLE 11! HELP ME!!!!

I have changed all my prescriptions from this pharmacy to Safeway. They are the worst at cost. The lines are long and when trying to get a prescription transferred from them to Safeway, they pretend like they don’t have your order and they are rude and they don’t listen. And whoever answers the phone there on September 10, 2025 they’re really stupid too. Like check your fax machine once in a while other people do use it that’s how transfers are get done in the pharmacy world!!

Fry’s Pharmacy on Bell Rd and 14th St - they closed the pharmacy EARLY today!!!! I had 10 mins to pickup my medication!! Your website says that you close at 8pm MST!! I arrived at 7:50pm!! That is not okay!!!!!

Pharmacy technician told me they don't take cigna insurance..
For jardiance $1800.00
For glay.metfor.lisonop...$170.00
I complained. Farmscist charged for jardiance $30.00
For rest of medicine $31.00.
For the last I heard you are free to change farmscy.
It was nice place only 45 days ego.
Ps. I tried to ask one more question
Technician sed psst. Don't see a word.

Usually my favorite pharmacy, extremely disappointed. Today my daughter woke up with conjunctivitis and we needed her medications. I called fry’s pharmacy dealt with someone named ginsung who hung up on me the first few times I called, then when answered had a lot of attitude and kept cutting me off. Then after going back and forth with him and my insurance I gave him information he requested only for him to pissed off groan and say “omg I’ll just call them myself” I won’t be returning here.

Got a text message that my child’s medication was ready. I get there and they say they don’t have it and need 15 minutes to fill it. This is not the first time this has happened. Several times they have waited to fill the script until I’m standing right in front of them despite sending texts that it’s ready.
