Check your receipt total before purchases.
The employee added the "Gamestop Pro" option to my purchase of a PS5 Pro, adding $25. Because it offered a whopping $0.05 discount on the purchase, I was auto-enrolled and told I could not refund the "Gamestop Pro". I was also auto-enrolled in a re-curring yearly membership. However, I am unable to login to my account from the gamestop website. All phone calls to the 800 number get no answer when selecting the "gamestop pro" (currently option 2) account service section. And, the "
[email protected]" email also hasn't answered multiple emails.

The Playstation 4 they sold me is only capable of downloading 3 or 4 games top. It don't want to read most of the games and is loud as hell.

I went there to get this game that's clearly advertised for 42.74 for pros... I was told that price is for members. Well I'm not a member so I'll pay the 44.99. I was told that's for a used one. Where the @#&!! does it say that in the ad? Then I'm told 60 bucks. The 2 clowns working there weren't any help. I ended going to Walmart next door.

I literally was shocked today for the first time ever. I always use this game stop but now that’s changing. Went to turn my PS5 in for store credit and the dude was only trying to give me $135 due to there being a few scratches in the front were you plug in the remote to charge it. Claimed it was defective lol. 😂 Ya right are you serious?
Anyways the jokes on you guys I turned around and went to a different location and got $289 store credit lol. THE JOKES ON YOU! 😘
So ridiculous. ✌️

Shannon doesn’t know what she’s doing, hung up on me when I called - and her manager(s) is not available to assist with urgent needs. Go to any other location. They tell you to come to the store to resolve issues but refuse to do anything to fix their own mistakes / lack of training.

I feel like GameStop is going downhill. I recently traded in Final Fantasy 16 and only got 15 bucks for it and it’s a pretty new game. They’re still selling it used for over 40 bucks. Even with my pro membership, an extra 20% trade-in credit my five dollar coupon I still ended up paying $37 for dragons dogma two. I just feel like I used to get more from my trade-ins and pay less for games when it was all said and done. I feel like they’re milking us folks.
