This Gamestop really does not do enough quality control with their trade-ins in my opinion. Fortunately, I've learned my lesson to keep the receipts and to test out pre-owned games within the defective exchange period in case they don't work, but at this Gamestop particularly, I feel like I've had the most problems with non-working pre-owned games over the other Gamestops I usually shop at. I'd honestly appreciate it if the employees could be better trained here on how to tell if the game will work or not when deciding to take them as trade-ins. I don't see any point in having games that don't work.
I was glad to see Brooke from the Gamestop on 25th and Happy Valley working here one day though. She always is a very pleasant associate.

NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! This gamestop sold me a pokemon tin that advertised having three booster packs in it. It only had two. They refused to reconcile this in any way and told me to leave. They scam customers and steal your money

Placed an order for pickup, was given nothing but excuses on why it wasn’t ready. When asked when it will be ready the person who answered said there’s no ETA.

Paid money for ps5 controller warranty so if something happens I change it with new one , after couple of months it start drifting went to change it they said we can’t change it with new you they gave me pre owned and its worst than the one I returned never dealing with game stop anymore they take money for nothing + m pro member ????????????????

My son loves this place. It was the cleanest one I have seen so far. Employees come to help right away. Had some good sales going on also.
