Went in to look around. Poorly labeled used products missing key details that would affect the pricing
Had the employee unlock a product for me that had a 12.99 sticker then he rings it up and tells me $22.99
I asked why because there's a sticker right on he says I can't change the price company policies what are you talking about change the price you guys have ones that have the sticker on it saying it's 12.99

The person working this 9/6/24 is a employee who needs more trains in customer service plus on how to do his job don't lie to your own coworkers and say you are open and just went to the bathroom you didn't open up until 1030am which you open at 10am! Plus not wearing a name tag also not turning on the open sign and than tell me you have 51 box's of distro in the back and has the product I want to buy and you say come back in a couple of days which is crazy when I know you can look and see what stuff is in what box by just scanning it so next just say I am lazy and don't won't to work

Be prepared for a surreal experience. I have been shopping at GameStop for many years, and this store is one of my least favorites, yet strangely, one of my favorites in a "social experiment" sense. The staff often seems like actors playing the roles of GameStop employees due to their non-attentive demeanor and odd choice of conversational skills. Customers' questions are usually met with responses that seem contextually bizarre, which is not helpful but undeniably entertaining.
However, they were accommodating regarding an issue with a gift card and its failed redemption. They were helpful and caring and delivered good service in their unique way. I appreciated their help and commend it.
The staff changes frequently, so the next time I visit, I'll likely encounter something different, but here's to "The Adventure into the Bizarre."

This is my favorite gamestop. The staff is always super kind and extremely helpful. Love coming here and seeing what they have + buying a few things here and there!

Terrible horrible management customer service awful gave us all the wrong details about the product just to get it off the shelf and didn’t even give me a refund I later checked Amazon for the same product for $50 less they need to be closed

The dude that runs this store SUCKS. He's so incredibly rude to customers and employees. If you come in alone, he will treat you as if you are going to steal. I get that it happens, but to be paranoid of every person is ridiculous. He also berates his employees infront of customers, making us uncomfortable. This has happened on more than one occasion. If you catch him on a bad day, he'll act like you're bothering him. Other days, he puts on that fake nice attitude. This is my closest GameStop so it's a huge bummer, but I stopped coming purely for this man alone. Will wait to come back until someone else runs the store.

Just swung buy to get some battery packs and a charger for my controller and met Jeff, who was very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about his job. When I asked about how the point system worked he was kind enough to explain it so that I would be able to make the most out of what I had. All in all, it was a great experience!
