Went in and was the only one there yet the vibe I got from the employee was not a good one. Monotone, dissociative and obvious they are only in their head. Either way, if you expect anything more than a soulless husk handing you a video game (or not because they forgot to order it in my case) then this isn't the store for you.
P.S They don't answer their phones. Deliberately. Like I said, the dude working there is the epitome of 'How does he still have a job'

This location in particular is terrible. They have signed me up for GameStop pro membership without my permission, charged my card for it without my permission. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and preordered a game in full a few months later so I could get a hard copy. On the day of release they didn't even have the game ordered in time of release... No idea when they will even get it. Can't order stuff on time and will commit fraud to get extra money. When you go inside people are constantly complaining at the front desk to them. When you call they will not answer the phone. It also stinks inside. Avoid avoid avoid!

Stopped in earlier to get rid of some games but was told the “system was offline”. Go home and try to call so I could find out if system was back online, but no one ever answers the phone. Called 7 times from 3:30-6:45pm without ever reaching a live person. Get your systems fixed and hire people who actually care about business and answering the phone.

Employee James was kind and helpful in providing a used game. The store is loaded with great collectibles and apparel. Also the game selection is great too.

The tag on the game will say one price but when they ring it up it’s always more. They will also have signs up advertising one price then it also rings up a higher price

Maybe who ever has control over the open to close hours on yelp could update them? What's the purpose of making people think you're open an hour before you actually are. I'm sure the management here gets on there normal staff for not doing what they're supposed get they can't handle something as simple of this. What a complete waste of someone's time. Don't ever go to this store. They're lousy and not very knowledgeable anyhow.
