The tech who helped me was very sweet. I am 81 and a bit challenged when it comes to my phone. He fixed it in no time and explained what he did and what I needed to do to avoid the problem in the future. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone. And the store employees were all very helpful and friendly.
