appointment at 3Pm. Joshua Carrasquillo greeted me with a smile friendliness and took me 20mins early before my appointment. He was very quick, patient and knowledgeable about my situation with my laptop. Fantastic customer service and most definitely will return. Thanks for the great experience.

3rd time to get my Quick Books switched from my old computer to new one. Bailey was great! But Geek Squad stayed with it until it was right.

I only know enough about computers to know that I need experts available to help when I have a problem. I have found the Geek Squad Agents to be knowledgeable, eager to help and trustworthy. While there are many other sources of technical assistance, I know that the Geek Squad will "be there" when needed.
