Real talk; People talk about under promising and over delivering, but even better is when you just promise and deliver. That’s what happened. Said there was a chance it could be done same day and it was. Plus the detail was an unexpected delight. So awesome. I was rear-ended and selected this shop through my insurance, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going in. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing. After $6,000 in repairs, my car was returned with mismatched paint—two different shades that make it look unprofessional and patchy, despite the paint itself being applied well.
The repair took about two weeks, but it felt rushed. The panel lines aren’t aligned properly, and I had to fight just to get the splash guard—removed during repairs—put back on. That alone took another two weeks after I picked up the car, and only got done after I repeatedly followed up. I never received a call back from Sam, and nothing moved forward until I left a negative review—at which point they finally fixed the issue and asked me to take the review down.
Overall, I regret using this shop. I wish I had taken the insurance payout and bought a different vehicle. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.

They took over 30 days to repair my car. Never calibrated the sensors, so I had to return. The staff was rude and very ghetto. The manager was a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

After having to fight with Allstate with who was at fault in my auto accident for 3 weeks, they finally took responsibility and gave me the choice of taking it to quite a few collision repair shops, but from having a few friends that always spoke highly of Gerber I knew I’d send it there, and they did not fail! Had my BMW back to me way before there estimated date to finish, along with had my car looking showroom ready like I always keep it! The staff were phenomenal from day one, they even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to get a Lyft! I also had a rental car through enterprise and was kind of dreading thinking I’d have to drop it off first to enterprise then walk a mile to get my car, but nope they took care of that for me as well! 5 stars don’t do them justice for the customer service they provided! Great job Gerber Team you will always be my goto and I will be recommending you guys to everyone! Thanks again 🫡✊🇺🇸

I used Gerber Collision when I pulled the front clip off my Camaro parking too close to a parking block. Now I need to get work done on my ‘84 blazer and I thought I might as well use them. I had a good experience the first time but it’s too late to call so I’ll have to call tomorrow!
