I have never left a negative review for anyone before but I do believe businesses need to be accountable for poor service. I bought two benches and they both came with rips in the upholstery. I emailed twice and left a voicemail and still haven’t received a response in almost two weeks. Giant, if you guys see this and can remedy the issue, I’ll be happy to take the review down (if possible). I get that stuff can happen during the shipping process but you’ve got to get back to people in a reasonable time frame when there’s an issue.

Love Giants products! My husband and I both have their barbells and we love them, so smooth and have a nice spin on them. Jordan is awesome and knows his equipment very well and is very easy to get along with and super nice. We love going to their warehouse and checking out the new products and buying from them. Definitely recommend checking out their products, they last a long time and are good quality!
