Adam was GREAT! I called in to check in on the estimated shipping time for my order and Adam informed me that the sights I had ordered was the only thing needed to fulfill the order. He then educated and waked me through other options that might be comparable to hep expedite the shipping. Then 10 min later he called me back to let me know my sights had just got in and then further assisted me on making a comfortable purchase decision. Great customer service + Glock parts= Excellent Experience!

Came into the store with my 17c trigger not working today 3/4/2024, he saw right away what spring was broken, he replaced it and got me right out in under 5 mins, Thank ya!

Very knowledgeable shop. Thank you Greg. Brought him a non-working glock CLONE that needed a bit of attention. He had all parts in stock and worked on my gun for about 10 minutes. 8$ in parts and 10$ in labor. What an awesome deal and great shop. Just got back from the range 150 flawless rounds.

Good luck getting a response when they send you the wrong part from online order. Tried to contact them several times . No response. Finally got through on the phone and was able to leave a message with an employee on a Saturday. Was told someone would get back to me on Monday. Here I am Wednesday calling back and was able to someone who does online orders. Did you even look at one of my emails that I sent two weeks ago. He said I'll send you a return label and when we receive the wrong item then they will send correct part. Really are you gonna hold the correct item hostage until you get yours back. Wtf? It was a seven dollar part. Forget it. Never again. I can't believe it.

Let me start off by saying the employee I spoke with was VERY helpful and polite. So this is not directed at him.I called earlier and spoke with the above polite employee. I asked about a part and if he could physically check. He agreed and checked. He came back on the phone and...Surprise! 2 on the shelf. I placed my order immediately. The order came to $13X.XX with shipping and no tax (I was surprised at that). I called back a short while later to see if they could double check they could see the order ( I've had issues in the past where the seller couldn't see the order ) The above polite mentioned employee did and my order would ship in the next day or two. I think everything is good. NOPE!The polite employee regretfully called me back and said he had some bad news. The price that the website had was wrong and it's now $199 plus shipping and that's what the owner/boss said. I asked since I had purchased it at that price, that my card was already charged, I had a receipt and a tracking number if they could still honor it. He said the owner said no and the price is $199. I told him to cancel the order and that the price that the website had on it at the time of purchase is what I should be charged. Not the new price. I will never do business with them because of the owner/boss!BUYER BEWARE!

My old Glock 23 was not LRHO due to a broken slide lock clip. I did not even know this store existed until I called other places looking for a repair. I visited the store in Litchfield off Dysart Rd and my weapon was repaired in about 5 minutes with outstanding service and at a great price. I will only visit this store going forward for all things Glock!

Still waiting for these guys to "get back with me" after informing them that the rear TRUGLO sights they installed fell off after my first time shooting my Glock and the front sights are loose. I've called several times, even gave them my credit card info so they can look up the purchase and they still have not gotten back with me. It's been a couple of weeks now and I have decided to inform potential future customers of their horrible service and lack of professionalism and expertise in properly installing $140 sights on my firearm. After this, I most definitely do not recommend giving them an opportunity to work on your firearm. There are plenty of wiser choices in the Phoenix area to give your business.

I went here to purchase a new Glock 19 a few weeks ago. I had an excellent overall experience. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and stocked with plenty of choices for both firearms and accessories. I also had them install some new Trijicon HD XR Night Sights on my newly purchased pistol. I would highly recommend this company.
