Please DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DISHONEST COMPANY, BAD Customer Service, VERY EXPENSIVE products, FAKE Giveaways. FRAGRANCED products (some products are highly fragranced with artificial fragrance which can be VERY IRRITATING) and DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR fragrance-sensitive skin or any SENSITIVE skin type ! There are many other Skin care brands that offer Probiotics at much more affordable prices. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Also, $ is FALSE advertising, WRONG and VERY MISLEADING. Take a look at this facebook page and right on top you see one single $. $ means inexpensive / prices are low and this is definitely not true for this company’s skin products. This is plain DISHONESTY and trying to lure customers by being DECEPTIVE. Update: someone from the company read this review and right away updated the $ to $$ ! Still it is not true, their prices are $$$ (facebook sign for VERY EXPENSIVE). I contacted the company via Facebook Messenger and by email at least 20 times to this date. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT IGNORING YOU when they want. I asked about getting a product at a discount in return for my honest review - just like Influencers’ reviews. I had cancer which really sensitized my skin. My skin’s barrier is damaged and needs repairing. Based on the description of “Calming Restorative Treatment” which costs $94 for only 1 oz, it should have been the right product for me. It doesn’t come in a tester size and Is not included in the tester kit. Since I had been depressed due to cancer and all the sideeffects including skin sensitivities this product could have saved my skin and help ease my depression. I have not been able to work due to cancer treatments for so long and I couldn’t afford their VERY EXPENSIVE products and that was why I asked for help. Guess what?! the CEO Jessica Schurtz personally refused to help me!! She didn’t care that I was really in need of help with their products. She didn’t care that I was very depressed. And this company claims to give back %1 of earnings back to a “Mental Health” institute to “support” people who suffer from mental ilness. Well they did not support me nor my cancer / depression. This is proof that the company, guided by the CEO Jessica Schurtz cares ONLY about the money they will make off you. They will “look” like they care about your physical and mental health, they even “say” they care, but in actual fact, they do not care. Everything they say is all for appearances and not the real truth. I am the living proof of this. They really do not really care about you nor your skin’s health nor your mental health. UPDATE: Again, the CEO Jessica Schurtz is DISHONEST with $$ signs shining in her eyes. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT SHE SAYS! SHE TOLD ME THE COMPANY HAD TO “ALMOST CLOSE IT’S DOORS” BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC. I have PROOF of this in writing in an email from the company. And here after 1 month of “almost going under”, which is completely FAKE, They are releasing new products. A company that is going to close it’s doors does not release brand new products. That is Management 101 and Jessica is plain dishonest! She can lie so easily!! I can’t believe she gets away with all her lies!! They do a lot of advertising on facebook these days, everyday they market / advertise their products. They want to keep the social interest going but if you have a problem or question, good luck on getting an answer from anybody! If you have any problem or adverse reaction to the products, I doubt they would refund your money. UPDATE: The non-existing Customer Service had the audacity to block / prevent me from posting any comment on their page. I can not even “like / dislike “ their posts. That’s what they do - they will BLOCK you if you criticize them on messenger or on their Facebook page by posting negative comments. THEY CAN BLOCK CUSTOMERS ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE, THEY CAN ALSO EASILY DELETE NEGATIVE COMMENTS & POSTS ANYONE MAY POST ABOUT ANY PRODUCT. SO THE CUSTOMER IS SILENCED. YOU WOULD THINK NO CUSTOMER HAS PROBLEMS BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT SEE THE CRITICISM OF CUSTOMERS ON THEIR PAGE
